★ Flat with 2 bedrooms and a charming terrace, very bright and with a serene atmosphere, on the seafront. Completely renovated in 2022!
★ Are you WORKING REMOTELY? We have included an office desk and chair, as well as a computer monitor that you can connect to your laptop.
★ Discounts for stays of 1 (5%), 2 (10%), 4 (20%), 8 (30%), and 12 (40%) weeks, already applied to the price shown in your search.
★ It is a diaphanous and serene room, where earth tones and soft fabrics are intelligently combined with warm light spotlights that are very well distributed. Ideal for your resting.
★ The LIVING AREA has a very comfortable 3-seater couch and a large 43'' TV (we do not have access to German TV channels).
★ As in all LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES properties, the KITCHEN is thoughtfully equipped to make cooking and dining at home as comfortable as possible. There is also a small DINING table, for up to four guests.
★ The MAIN BEDROOM is furnished with a double bed of 140 cm. Read for a while by turning on one of the two small lamps located above the head of the bed... and voilà! In addition, it has its own BATHROOM. The SECOND BEDROOM has two single 90 cm beds that can be easily pushed together. Both bedrooms have three-door wardrobes with plenty of storage space.
★ Next to the terrace, in the large three-section closet you will find, in addition to THE WASHER-DRYER, an umbrella, BEACH CHAIRS and diving goggles, which you can bring down to the beach.
★ The TERRACE is ideal for afternoon snacks or reading, or simply relaxing watching the sunset. If the sun bothers you, why not open the large awning?
★ As in all LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES properties, it INCLUDES:
- 2 comfortable reclining beach chairs and 1 umbrella
- 2 snorkel sets
- One beach towel per guest
- 2 sets of bath towels per guest
- 1 yoga mat

- 200ml shower gel and 200ml shampoo in each bathroom
- ½ liter of laundry detergent

★ Located on the 5TH floor of a VERY QUIET 9-STOREY BUILDING. On the ground floor there are 10 steps to climb to get to the lift. The beach is literally AROUND THE CORNER!
★ It is a very lively neighbourhood during the day, but it is VERY QUIET AT NIGHT. There are quite a few LAPTOP-FRIENDLY cafes and several coworking spaces, if you want to meet other digital nomads.
★ This accommodation is IDEAL FOR SHORT AND MEDIUM STAYS, holiday or business travellers, remote workers, couples or families with one or two children.
★ For stays longer than 14 days, it is mandatory to hire an additional cleaning service for the accommodation of at least 3 hours (45 EUR final price), which is paid directly to the cleaner, in order to allow us to properly maintain the facilities. It is for the benefit of all guests, the present and future ones!

At LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES, good relations with the neighbors are a top priority.
The building where this accommodation is located is a residential property.
For the sustainability of holiday rentals in residential buildings, we kindly ask for your full cooperation in adhering to the following rules:
• The regulations of Las Palmas City Council state that noise perceived by a neighbour BETWEEN 10 p.m. AND 8 a.m. must not exceed 25 dB IN BEDROOMS and 30 dB IN OTHER ROOMS. Normal conversation = 40–50 dB. Slamming doors, dragging furniture = 70 dB. From these levels, you should subtract what is absorbed by walls, ceilings and windows.
• Without our prior authorisation, access is not permitted to PERSONS WHO ARE NOT LISTED IN THE BOOKING.
• SMOKING is strictly FORBIDDEN throughout the property and in all communal areas of the building.
• We accept no responsibility for noise caused by NEIGHBOURS’ BUILDING WORKS that have not been notified to us.
• PETS are not allowed.
• Access to the building is not permitted WHEN WET OR WITH SAND from the beach.
• It is not permitted to HANG CLOTHES on balconies or windows where they are visible from the street.
• We do not provide a LINEN AND TOWEL CHANGE SERVICE. However, you will find spare sheets and towels in the apartment. The accommodation has a washing machine, and we provide detergent for your use.
The flat has been decorated, furnished and cleaned so that you can enjoy it to its fullest. We kindly ask you to treat it with care and respect, so that future guests can enjoy it in the same way. Thank you very much!

To reserve any of our accommodations, it is an essential requirement that the NAME and CONTACT DETAILS in the reservation are those of one of the guests.
★ SANITATION & HIGYENE MEASURES
Cleaning and disinfection procedures of our accommodations have been formulated to protect the health of our cleaning crew and our guests.
Our cleaning crew:
￫ only uses approved disinfectants.
￫ wipes down light switches, lamps, cupboard and window handles, doorknobs, banisters, remotes, all appliances, electronics and provided amenities.
￫ carefully washes all dishes and flatware, including the clean ones, with hot water.
￫ deeply sanitises potentially contaminated sites (bathroom toilet, sink, trash bin, etc.).
￫ machine-washes all available linens at high temperature, including the clean ones.
￫ cleans the cleaning products (soap, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, etc.).
￫ sterilises the two set of keys and/or the smart lock and the keypad.
￫ double-checks their To-Do list before leaving.

This accommodation is one of the best we've stayed at in the area. The apartment is great and has everything you could need for a short or long stay. It's very well laid out and the views from the terrace of Las Canteras beach are spectacular. Although it's in an area with lots of amenities and restaurants, it's quiet, especially for sleeping, as the bedrooms face the back. What's more, the Living Las Canteras team is excellent. At all times, they treated us in a very friendly, professional and humane way, and they made sure that our stay was a good one, answering any questions or needs we had. If you want to spend a few days in Las Canteras, this is definitely a 10/10 option!

We had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed every bit of it. The place was clean. Really cozy. Juan and the team did a great job. Juan is extremely responsive. Sorry that we couldn't spend more time at the appartement. The view from the appartement is so beautiful and I really felt at home. Will surely be back.
