Highly recommended!!! Apartment located in the perfect place in Las Palmas. Beautiful views, close to everything. We are often here, but always in another apartment. We'll be sure to come back to that. Thank you and see you soon

Thank you! - When you arrive at the property, it is MANDATORY that you do the CHECK IN ONLINE, as in any tourist accommodation in Spain. We will give you the precise instructions by email 1 day before your arrival. - At LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES we attach great importance to the good coexistence of our guests with the other NEIGHBOURS of the building. We appreciate that you are kind and respectful to them. - The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at all times is 4 people. - SMOKING is strictly FORBIDDEN in the entire property. - PARTIES AND NOISES that may disturb neighbours are prohibited from 10pm to 8am. - PETS are not allowed. - It is not allowed to hang clothes on balconies or windows facing the street. - LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES does not provide the service of changing dirty sheets and towels in the accommodations. However, in all of them you will find a spare set of sheets + a spare set of towels per guest. The apartments also have a washing machine. - Access to the property is not allowed while being wet or impregnated with sand from the beach.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
