Highly recommended!!! Apartment located in the perfect place in Las Palmas. Beautiful views, close to everything. We are often here, but always in another apartment. We'll be sure to come back to that. Thank you and see you soon

Beautiful apartment right in front of the beach. Great view on the sea from the balcony. Restaurants, supermarktes and bus stops are very close by. Check-in and -out, communication and transfer worked perfectly. We had a great time in the apartment and I definitely recommend it!

We spent five days at this wonderful apartment. Everything was in perfect condition, and appeared to be furnished by professionals. The bathrooms and showers (two) were wonderful with rain shower, showerhead, quality furnitures and exceptionally nice luxury soap and shampoo from dispensers. It is located spot on the promenade with walking distance to tons of restaurants. From the balcony, there is a great view over the beach, ocean and promenade - still it is completely private with no view from the promenade to inside the balcony. Juan was a very professional host. The work they have put into their webpage, recommendations and information about the apartment is quite unique. Also, communication was very easy, and Juan responded very quickly. We really felt welcome at this apartment. Absolutely recommended!

Very nicely located on 5th floor of apartment building directly accessible from the seaside boulevard Las Canteras. Host Juan was very helpful also arranging transfer from airport to the apartment location. Everything in Las Palmas is walking distance so we did not need a car to get around town.

Great location right on the beach along a walkway with lots of restaurants and shops. View of the ocean from the balcony was perfect. Host was attentive the whole stay. Family friendly with plenty of room for 4 people.

We had just amazing month staying on this apartment! First of all the service is just perfect, friendly and very responsible. In the end of our staying we had a meal package for our road from the host, it was very unexpected and pleasant! The apartment was clean, beautiful, it had everything for living like at home, a lot of kitchen utensils. We enjoyed the view and the balcony, that felt very isolated for others eyes and we lied there as on the private beach.) The only thing that was a big issue for us, we wasn’t attentive with an internet speed (though there’s a screenshot from Speedtest in the photo list) and on the loaded hours, after people coming back home in the evening it was very hard to work. So be attentive if you require a good Wi-Fi for your work! We used mobile network when it was bad. And also the building is not very silence, if neighbours have a party, you would feel like you’re part of it.)) In general it was wonderful and highly recommended.

Hi! The apartment is amazing, 100% compatible with the description. It's located on the first coastline with a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. We really liked modern style and the fact, that it's fully equipped. We had literally everything we needed with 1 year old baby on board. Kitchen is fully operational. Bathrooms are clean. Juan is very flexible and helpful - communication is fast and easy. All details were agreed before our arrival. After reservation we received comprehensive information with places to visit, restaurants and tips&tricks. Juan organized taxi, so we didn't have to worry about transport. I can honestly recommend Living Las Canteras as a good place to spend holidays or work remotely as well.

if you are planning to stay in Las Canteras you should book Juan's place :) we stayed at the apartment as a family of three (two adults and an 8 yo) and the space was perfect for what we needed during our week's stay. Juan was in touch prior to our trip with super clear instructions for checking in + really thoughtful local recommendations. We have just ended our 2 month stay at Living Las Canteras, and found this location to be excellent. We did not have a car, but were able to walk to many places in the city. Local Yellow bus system is very good and inexpensive. Island Blue buses brought us to all corners of this beautiful. Local residents were extremely helpful and friendly. We would recommend this location to anyone who wants to experience this dynamic city, as well as the beautiful Las Canteras Beach. Philip & Brenda Henry Montreal

We stayed for 5 weeks as digital nomads in the flat. It is really nice, clean and refurbished and has virtually everything one needs for the daily life. Location is in front of the beach and has a perfect view. The communication with the host is totally easy and every question gets answered quickly. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing experience at Juan's beachfront apartment. Having grown up in Las Palmas I'm very familiar with every part of Las Canteras beach and the whole surrounding area. This is one of the best apartments I've ever stayed at for the following reasons: - Excellent customer service by host - Superb view of the beach and the sea including sunsets, tide changes, beautiful rock formations and variations. - The balcony is quaint, and spacious enough to eat out there. - At night the sound of the waves is mesmerizing and the cool breeze is refreshing. - The apartment is brand new and everything you need is provided for a comfortable stay. No detail has been overlooked. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room are outstanding. You want to be there basically. - Direct access to the beach a few steps from the lobby. No roads, no cars, no pollution, just the beautiful pedestrian-only Las Canteras Paseo. - Located in the heart of a world class city, walking distance from the best stores and restaurants. - The best weather in the world, year around.
