It is a place where you can see the sea and hear the sound of the waves all day. The sunshine comes in well. The terrace was very spacious, so it was really easy to use. It's the best and most beautiful place I've ever stayed. If I come to Las Palmas next time, I would definitely stay there again. Thank you for being so kind to the host. Our flight departure was delayed and they were happy to let us have a late check out. Thank you again for your kind understanding.

We loved the house and the service we received. Juan was always available both at check-in and during the stay and departure. Our experience was far beyond our expectations, we even shed a few tears of nostalgia by leaving it after two weeks, That pure happiness we highly recommend, if it is available again we take it back without hesitation. We were even able to sleep the doors open with the noise of the same throughout our stay, the real dream...

The location directly on the promenade and the view of the daily sunset were a highlight 🤩 The place was equipped with everything you need, for me the height-adjustable desk with screen and view of the sea was also a dream. Communication was quick and easy. I would want to stay here again anytime I come back to Las Palmas. Highly recommended ☺️

We had a great time staying at “Huge Terrace “ a bit too technical with the check in and video playing for every thing. But Juan was patient and helped the not so young couple get through it.

We had a lovely time staying in the apartment.Incredible balcony and a wonderful place to sit relax and enjoy the great sea views .Table and chairs and very comfy sun loungers are provided as well as everything you need for the beach including chairs sun umbrella towels and snorkels which you’ll definitely use. It’s very well equipped has everything you need to enjoy a great holiday or to work remotely. The apartment complex is very quiet and the only sound you can hear at night is the sea. The area has great restaurants and there’s lots to do . Juan is a wonderful host very clear instructions for check in and very responsive to any queries you might have and he has great guide for the area. We can’t wait to return .Don’t hesitate to book this apartment you will have a wonderful stay.

We appreciate that you are kind and respectful to them. - The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at all times is 3 people. - SMOKING is strictly FORBIDDEN in the entire property. - PARTIES AND NOISES that may disturb neighbours are prohibited from 10pm to 8am. - PETS are not allowed. - It is not allowed to hang clothes on balconies or windows facing the street. - LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES does not provide the service of changing dirty sheets and towels in the apartments. However, in all our accommodations you will find a spare set of sheets + a spare set of towels per guest. The apartments also have a washing machine. - Access to the property is not allowed while being wet or impregnated with sand from the beach.

Property Manager Terms

For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
