The space
★ Very cosy apartment with a HUGE TERRACE right on the front line of Playa Las Canteras.★ STUNNING SEA VIEWS: Relax with your favourite book or soak up the sun on one of the loungers.
★ The LIVING ROOM includes a very comfortable sofa bed and a 43'' Smart TV with access to Amazon TV (please note that German TV channels aren’t available). The height-adjustable desk is ideal for switching positions during long work days. Standing while working can ease back strain and help prevent discomfort.
★ The BEDROOM has a built-in wardrobe and two single beds (90 cm each) joined together, with very comfortable mattresses.
★ As in all LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES properties, the KITCHEN is thoughtfully equipped to make cooking and dining at home as comfortable as possible. We also provide detergent for the washing machine.
★ Both the bedroom and living room open onto the TERRACE through large sliding doors, bringing in plenty of natural light. The SPACIOUS TERRACE features an outdoor table and chairs, along with two sun loungers. The views of the bay are simply breathtaking from every angle.
★ As in all LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES properties, it INCLUDES:
- 2 comfortable reclining beach chairs and 1 umbrella

The building where this accommodation is located is a residential property.
For the sustainability of holiday rentals in residential buildings, we kindly ask for your full cooperation in adhering to the following rules:
• The regulations of Las Palmas City Council state that noise perceived by a neighbour BETWEEN 10 p.m. AND 8 a.m. must not exceed 25 dB IN BEDROOMS and 30 dB IN OTHER ROOMS. Normal conversation = 40–50 dB. Slamming doors, dragging furniture = 70 dB. From these levels, you should subtract what is absorbed by walls, ceilings and windows.
• Without our prior authorisation, access is not permitted to PERSONS WHO ARE NOT LISTED IN THE BOOKING.
• SMOKING is strictly FORBIDDEN throughout the property and in all communal areas of the building.
• We accept no responsibility for noise caused by NEIGHBOURS’ BUILDING WORKS that have not been notified to us.
• PETS are not allowed.
• Access to the building is not permitted WHEN WET OR WITH SAND from the beach.
• It is not permitted to HANG CLOTHES on balconies or windows where they are visible from the street.
• We do not provide a LINEN AND TOWEL CHANGE SERVICE. However, you will find spare sheets and towels in the apartment. The accommodation has a washing machine, and we provide detergent for your use.
The flat has been decorated, furnished and cleaned so that you can enjoy it to its fullest. We kindly ask you to treat it with care and respect, so that future guests can enjoy it in the same way. Thank you very much!

To access the property for the first time, it is necessary to download and use an app on a mobile device.
★ We offer DISCOUNTS for stays of 1 week (5%), 2 weeks (10%), 4 weeks (20%), 8 weeks (30%), and 12 weeks (40%). These are already included in the price, so feel free to search for different stay lengths to see the savings!
★ IF YOU'RE STAYING SOLO, we offer a special rate. Try searching for 1 and 2 guests to see the price difference!
★ LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES guests can also enjoy FREE EARLY CHECK-IN and LATE CHECK-OUT, subject to our booking schedule and cleaning availability. Just ask us about it in your online check-in.
★ For stays longer than 14 days, an additional cleaning service of at least 2 hours is required (final cost of 26 EUR, paid directly to the cleaner), which ensures proper maintenance for all our guests’ benefit, now and in the future!
★ PERSONAL DATA REGISTRATION
We are an official tourist establishment, so every guest must register their details for us to submit to the Spanish administration. We could be fined for not doing this, so if you’re uncomfortable with this requirement, we kindly ask that you don’t book with LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES.
★ DIRECT BOOKINGS ONLY
To book with us, the NAME and CONTACT DETAILS on the reservation must belong to one of the guests staying.
★ HYGIENE AND SANITATION MEASURES
Our cleaning and disinfection procedures are designed to protect the health of both our team and guests.
Our cleaning team:
→ only uses approved disinfectants. → cleans light switches, lamps, cabinet and window handles, door knobs, railings, remote controls, appliances, electronics, and any item provided for guest use.
→ carefully washes all dishes and cutlery, even those already cleaned, in hot water.
→ deeply disinfects high-touch surfaces (toilet, sink, waste bins, etc.).
→ washes bedding and towels at high temperatures, including those already clean.
→ cleans all cleaning products (soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, etc.).
→ sterilises both sets of keys and/or the smart lock and keypad.
→ double-checks their task list before leaving the apartment.

I had the most wonderful stay at Living Las Canteras in Gran Canaria! The apartment was absolutely stunning — spacious, beautifully designed, and spotless. The highlight was definitely the huge terrace with breathtaking views of the ocean — I could sit there for hours, listening to the waves and enjoying the peace. The team behind this place is incredible — warm, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. You can truly feel the love and care they’ve poured into creating this space. It’s the perfect place to relax, recharge, and feel at home while being surrounded by natural beauty. I’ll definitely be back — thank you for everything!

It is a place where you can see the sea and hear the waves all day. The sunlight comes in well. The terrace was very spacious, so it was really convenient to use. It's the most wonderful and beautiful place I've ever used. I would definitely stay there again if I come to Las Palmas next time. Thank you for your kind response, host. The plane departure was delayed, but they were willing to allow us to check out late. Thank you for your kind understanding.

We loved the house and the service we received. Juan was always available as much on arrival as during the stay and departure. Our experience was well beyond our expectations, we even shed a few tears of nostalgia when we left after two weeks. Pure happiness, we highly recommend it, if it is available again we will take it without hesitation. We were even able to sleep with the doors open with the sound of the same throughout our stay, a real dream…

The location directly on the promenade and the view of the daily sunset were a highlight 🤩 The accommodation was equipped with everything you need, for me the height-adjustable desk with screen and sea view was also a dream. Communication was quick and easy. I would want to stay here again anytime I come back to Las Palmas. Highly recommend ☺️
