★ Cosy two-bedroom apartment with a large TERRACE that offers SPECTACULAR VIEWS to Las Canteras Beach.
★ Open-plan kitchen-dining-living space with lots of NATURAL LIGHT ALL HOURS OF THE DAY.
★ It has an office desk and a chair, a reading lamp and a computer screen.
★ DISCOUNTS available from 1 (5%), 2 (15%), 4 (30%), 8 (45%) and 12 (50%) weeks of stay.
★ The LIVING ROOM has a comfortable 3-seater sofa and a 50-inch Smart TV with access to Amazon Prime (no access to German TV channels)... Not even on holidays will you lose the thread of your favourite TV series!
★ The DINING table, ideal for four people, is strategically located between the kitchen and the living room. Everything at hand!
★ Its master BEDROOM invites to relax. A 150-cm matress, comfortable for the night's rest, reading moments or restful naps. It has a 6-drawer dresser and a very large wardrobe with two sections and overhead storage unit.
★ Do you work remotely? In the second BEDROOM, with a 90-cm bed with trundle, we have included a computer screen, a desk, an office chair and a reading lamp.
★ The bathroom has a large shower. The bathtub was replaced with a shower in the summer of 2024. We provide gel and shampoo dispensers, as well as a hairdryer.
★ And the icing on the cake: an impressive TERRACE with SEA VIEWS, from where you can witness the most evocative sunsets... those that only Las Canteras Bay can offer you.

★ Just a few steps away on foot there is a wide range of bars, restaurants, two very important supermarkets, a yoga studio and the well-known Mercado del Puerto, a fashionable place where you can buy local produce during the day and go out for a drink in the night.
★ It is a very lively neighbourhood during the day, with lots of LAPTOP-FRIENDLY cafes and several coworking spaces, if you want to meet other digital nomads.
★ The flat, which is located on the 6th floor of a 7-storey building, is the perfect choice for SHORT AND MEDIUM STAY rentals, families of up tp 4 members, couples and groups of friends.
★ For stays longer than 14 days, it is mandatory to hire an additional cleaning service for the accommodation of at least 3 hours (39 EUR final price), which is paid directly to the cleaner, in order to allow us to properly maintain the facilities. It is for the benefit of all guests, the present and future ones!

In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, it is mandatory to access our Guest Portal and provide the following information prior to arrival:
• Personal details for each guest: full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, and full address. For minors, the relationship to the accompanying adult must also be specified.
• Contact details: phone number and email address.
• A valid form of identification (DNI, TIE or passport).

At LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES, good relations with the neighbors are a top priority.
The building where this accommodation is located is a residential property.
For the sustainability of holiday rentals in residential buildings, we kindly ask for your full cooperation in adhering to the following rules:
• The regulations of Las Palmas City Council state that noise perceived by a neighbour BETWEEN 10 p.m. AND 8 a.m. must not exceed 25 dB IN BEDROOMS and 30 dB IN OTHER ROOMS. Normal conversation = 40–50 dB. Slamming doors, dragging furniture = 70 dB. From these levels, you should subtract what is absorbed by walls, ceilings and windows.
• Without our prior authorisation, access is not permitted to PERSONS WHO ARE NOT LISTED IN THE BOOKING.
• SMOKING is strictly FORBIDDEN throughout the property and in all communal areas of the building.
• We accept no responsibility for noise caused by NEIGHBOURS’ BUILDING WORKS that have not been notified to us.
• PETS are not allowed.
• Access to the building is not permitted WHEN WET OR WITH SAND from the beach.
• It is not permitted to HANG CLOTHES on balconies or windows where they are visible from the street.
• We do not provide a LINEN AND TOWEL CHANGE SERVICE. However, you will find spare sheets and towels in the apartment. The accommodation has a washing machine, and we provide detergent for your use.
The flat has been decorated, furnished and cleaned so that you can enjoy it to its fullest. We kindly ask you to treat it with care and respect, so that future guests can enjoy it in the same way. Thank you very much!
★ NO RESERVATIONS FROM INTERMEDIARIES
To reserve any of our accommodations, it is an essential requirement that the NAME and CONTACT DETAILS in the reservation are those of one of the guests.
★ SANITATION & HIGYENE MEASURES
Cleaning and disinfection procedures of our accommodations have been formulated to protect the health of our cleaning crew and our guests.
Our cleaning crew:
→ only uses approved disinfectants.
→ wipes down light switches, lamps, cupboard and window handles, doorknobs, banisters, remotes, all appliances, electronics and provided amenities.
→ carefully washes all dishes and flatware, including the clean ones, with hot water.
→ deeply sanitises potentially contaminated sites (bathroom toilet, sink, trash bin, etc.).
→ machine-washes all available linens at high temperature, including the clean ones.
→ cleans the cleaning products (soap, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, etc.).
→ sterilises the two set of keys and/or the smart lock and the keypad.
→ double-checks their To-Do list before leaving.
