We had an amazing stay in this apartment, which has everything you need for living and also working remotely. The location on the beach is great and the ocean and sunset views from the balcony are just wow. Communication with the Living Las Canteras team was also great. We received all the necessary instructions and tips in time.

our stay at Living Las Canteras Home was a wonderful experience. The location is perfect , right on the beach ,close to bars restaurants and shops. Communication with the host was excellent . Anything we asked was answered promptly. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed including beach chairs . The view from the apartment is what sets it aside from others .

Great little place which is right on the beach front at Las Canteras. Going to sleep and waking up with the sound of the waves and sea is glorious. The place is well equipped with everything you need for the kitchen, along with beach chairs, umbrella and snorkelling masks. Juan’s link with restaurant recommendations is excellent and much better than the places you find on the seafront.

A great stay at Juan's place! An elegant apartment with amazing views, very comfortable, has everything you need. Perfect location in the area. Juan and his team are very good hosts, helpful and responsive. We will be back next time we go to Las Palmas

Great location right by the beach. The apartment suited us perfectly. We are a family with small children and it was practical for us to be able to quickly walk down to the beach. The beach below the apartment is nice and child-friendly. The host fixed the baby bed and high chair and helped us book a taxi (or in our case minibus) to and from the airport. There was also access to parasols, sun chairs and some beach toys. The kitchen is quite small but was good for us. The balcony has great views of the beach and the sea.

a little pricier than what I was looking for however the apartment was great better than in the photos amazing views, comfortable, spacious and well equipped the only issue is that I would rather not book via Airbnb for ethical reasons but the price was cheaper on Airbnb.

What a great place to stay in Las Palmas! In the middle of the lively neighborhood of the city. With direct access to the beautiful beach! An amazing view and very comfy beds! We had a really lovely time!

Had a really amazing stay at this place right at the beach. At one of the top locations in Las Palmas, close to all the best restaurants and in front of the beach. Really quiet as well - you can only hear the ocean at night, no cars or motorcycles. Highly recommended !

Juan's apartment is as shown in the photos. The views from the terrace are spectacular. Breakfast looking at the sea and sleeping listening to the waves is a luxury. The neighbors are very quiet so we were able to rest without a problem, although we did not know Juan check in was very simple. The access app is working properly. Juan was always available. The umbrella broke and in less than two hours we already had a new one. The pillows were too high for our taste , and the same day we told them he bought two new ones that suited our needs. It's been like being at home. We've been flying in for 20 days. We will definitely be back in our next view of the Palmas. Thank you for everything Juan!!!!

Very nice apartment with first-class workspace and great layout. Unique is the view of the picturesque bay of Playa de las Canteras. You can always hear the waves, what you may have to like. You are right on Paseo, it's fantastic.

The house is 10 meters from the great sandy beach and the apartment is on the 6th floor, high enough that the transmission from the beach promenade does not bother, with absolutely great views. The house has a high standard of construction, is well maintained and quiet. The apartment is bright, nicely furnished and very hygienic. Only the kitchen is cold and felt sticky, greasy. The landlord is very professional.

We spent three weeks in this extremely well located apartment, which offers splendid views of the bay, with good exposure for winter - the balcony is a little narrow. If we have only given three stars it is on the one hand because the amenities do not match the price paid: an inconvenient kitchen and especially an outdated bathroom - a shower in a half bathtub and a shower screen making it not easy to access. The rest of the apartment is harmonious. In addition, the apartment is very loud . The neighbors TV is located right behind the bedroom wall: we revisited Games of Thrones almost every night - at Spanish time. As for their dog, he does not tolerate the absence of his masters ... Finally, we found the agency a little too invasive, we received after our arrival, seven emails in three weeks, perfectly useless emails - but it's a matter of appreciation. We will not go back to that.

Beautiful apartment, sea view from all rooms. Balcony is very long, but unfortunately a bit narrow. Three people couldn't sit together by the table in the balcony. Otherwise, everything is great!

Located at the western city beach we had a great scenic view over the beach and the ocean. The Appartement was clean and nicely decorated. What I really liked was that all neccessaties like toilet paper, cleaning supplies, salt, trash bags, etc. was there in sufficient quantities to keep you going for quite some time. Once you learned your ways around you can pick up more as they run out. The communication with the staff was seamless and very friendly. Only thing that allways bugs me is the prevalent use of access phone apps. The may or may not work (in this case they did not) and I do not like to download more app junk that collects private Data on my phone. Since there were two sets of physical keys in the appartement , it was only a one-time struggle. Overall, a very nice experiance.

The best apartment in the palms! The balcony is perfect and the apartment is very clean, well equipped, and the owners are very friendly! You have restaurants, transportation, and everything you need within walking distance. Perfect wifi for remote work and for my video calls! We hope to be back soon!!

My partner and I had the best time staying in this apartment! Location is perfect , every night we were rocked to sleep by the sound of the waves. Communication from the hosts was superb and any questions/ requests we had were handled promptly and professionally! The apartment itself is kitted out with everything you’d need - this includes a properly stocked kitchen AND everything you’ll need to spend a day at the beach! Can’t recommend this place enough , and I cannot wait to stay there again!
