One of the best Air B&B’s I’ve ever stayed in. The apartment was sparkling clean, every room was totally spotless, even the balcony. The view was incredible, with the beach literally on the door step. Also surrounded by great places to eat, and super close to Vegetopia (a great vegan spot). We were able to contact the host whenever we needed and receive almost immediate helpful responses. The host was also super flexible with our need for a late check out, and a super late arrival. Very highly recommend, and would gladly stay again. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Beautiful, well-decorated and cosy apartment with an incredible view. Both bedrooms and the living room have a sea view. The windows are well insulated, but you can still hear a bit of the outside noise. There's no air conditioning, which is fine for May, but in July and August it must be hot. There's a fan in the living room. Small kitchen but with everything you need for 4 people. We had several problems that were resolved quickly: a broken shower head and a broken parasol, which were replaced immediately. Unfortunately, the washing machine broke down the first time it was used and was only replaced at the end of our stay. After a few hours of negotiations, we got a free night as compensation. In short, a lovely apartment and very responsive hosts. I would recommend it despite our setbacks.

Amazing apartment right on Las Canteras beach. The view is beautiful and the location couldn’t be better—plenty of restaurants, cafés, and a kids’ playground just steps away. The apartment is well equipped with a nice kitchen, washing machine, and even everything you need for the beach. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely come back.

The Living las Canteras team accepted a very spontaneous booking and responded very quickly and gave us all the necessary information. The self check-in was super easy, everything was explained exactly. The apartment itself was very clean and super equipped. There was a separate room with a washing machine, where you could also find parasols and chairs for the beach, as well as other accessories. The location is great and the balcony offers a view of the entire beach. Our stay was perfectly rounded off as the team allowed us to check out later. We will be back!

Clean apartment, good location, close to shops and bars/restaurants. Thank you for all the recommendations given and the provision of beach equipment: chairs, towels, parasols were very useful to us! Wonderful sea view. Personally the sound of the waves (rising tides) bothered me during the night (between 57 and 64 decibels) sleeping with windows open but closing the windows my problem was solved (however in August you have to put the fan on or open the front door to get some air). Thanks to Living Las Canteras for their responsiveness.

We loved our stay here and would definitely consider returning. The Living Las Canteras Team were excellent communicators (friendly, quick, and helpful), although we didn't need to speak too much because the instructions and information was so clear. The property has an excellent location and was well equipped. The only slight downsides would be the kitchen (which is exactly as shown and described) which we expected, and low water pressure (which is common for all properties in this area). Apart from that it was easy to stay there for two weeks and we could have stayed longer. We felt the property was excellent value, but we booked last minute and the price was very low compared to other dates in the future that we checked. We would definitely consider a property through Living Las Canteras for our next visit to Las Palmas.

The apartment is perfect for a great holiday in Las Palmas, whether you are on your own, a couple or a family. The flat is well equipped with everything you might need, from beach chairs and towels to yoga mat and a well equipped kitchen. The position is obviously great also, being just a couple of meters away from the sand of Las Canteras with lots of restaurants and bars all around you (check La Marinera and La Oliva restaurants) and also supermarkets and convenience stores. Overall a well-placed, well-equipped, very convenient apartment!

The location was excelent, also the view from the terrace. The appartament is exactly like in the pictures with all the amenities a couple needs for the holiday, including beach chairs and umbrellas. The only negative was the hot water from the boiler which wears out quickly, making it difficult for a second person to take a shower.

The place was very nice. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen was excellently equipped and the beds cozy. The location is fantastic and central on the beach. Communication with the host was impeccable. We received all the relevant information in good time before the trip and Juan was always available to us in case of any queries during our stay.

We had everything we needed for our stay: a beautiful and very clean apartament that was even more impressive than in the photos ( there is now a shower cabin in the bathroom), a great view from the 6th floor, the beach and sound of the waves, Las Canteras for walks and good restaurants nearby. Communication with the owner was very easy and fast. I would like to stay in that apartment again in the future. ¡Muchisimas gracias!

Our stay with host Juan was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, Juan was incredibly friendly and always available, making sure every need was met. We did encounter a minor issue, but it was resolved immediately and efficiently—truly a testament to his proactive and attentive service. The apartment itself is a dream and is bigger than it appears in the pictures, with a breathtaking view and every amenity you could imagine, even a potato masher! :) It’s clear that Juan isn’t new to this; everything is so well thought out and refined. We enjoyed an absolute 5-star experience and would recommend his place to anyone who loves the sound of the sea. With countless restaurants nearby, a lively and charming neighborhood, and an endless beachfront promenade, our time here was unforgettable. We loved every minute and will definitely book with Living Las Canteras 100% again—because yesterday was a hotel stay, and now it’s all about Airbnb with Juan!

Great little place which is right on the beach front at Las Canteras. Going to sleep and waking up with the sound of the waves and sea is glorious. The place is well equipped with everything you need for the kitchen, along with beach chairs, umbrella and snorkelling masks. Juan’s link with restaurant recommendations is excellent and much better than the places you find on the seafront.

Prime location right on the beach. The apartment suited us perfectly. We are a family with young children, and it was convenient for us to be able to get down to the beach quickly. The beach below the apartment is lovely and child-friendly. The host arranged a cot and a high chair and helped us book a taxi (or, in our case, a minibus) to and from the airport. There were also parasols, sun loungers and some beach toys available. The kitchen is quite small, but it was fine for us. The balcony offers a fantastic view of the beach and the sea.

We had a great time and it was in no small part thanks to this amazingly located accomodation. The self-checkin went smoothly, being literally on the beach was so worth it (beautiful views and sounds), and the host proactively reached out with all the necessary info and more. They even enabled us an early check-in without us asking, which was very appreciated. We had one custom ask and they were kind enough to meet it, so I can really only say positive things, they really care about folks having a great time while staying with them. 10/10 would recommend and come back

Had a really amazing stay at this place right at the beach. At one of the top locations in Las Palmas, close to all the best restaurants and in front of the beach. Really quiet as well - you can only hear the ocean at night, no cars or motorcycles. Highly recommended !

Juan's apartment is as shown in the photos. The views from the terrace are spectacular. Breakfast looking at the sea and sleeping listening to the waves is a luxury. The neighbors are very quiet so we were able to rest without a problem, although we did not know Juan check in was very simple. The access app is working properly. Juan was attentive at all times. The umbrella broke and in less than two hours we already had a new one. The pillows were too high for our taste , and the same day we told them he bought two new ones that suited our needs. It was like being at home. We've been flying in for 20 days. We will definitely be back in our next view of the Palmas. Thank you for everything Juan!!!!

A very nice apartment with a first-class workspace and a great layout. The view of the picturesque bay of Playa de las Canteras is unique. You can constantly hear the waves rushing, which you have to like. You're right on the Paseo; it's fantastic.

The property is 10 metres from a fantastic sandy beach, and the flat is on the 6th floor, high enough that the noise from the beach promenade doesn't disturb you, with an absolutely fantastic view. The property is to a high standard of finish, well maintained and quiet. The flat is bright, attractively furnished and very clean. Only the kitchen is dated and felt sticky and greasy. The landlord is very professional.

We spent three weeks in this extremely well located apartment, which offers a splendid view of the bay, with good exposure for the winter - the balcony is a little narrow. If we only gave it three stars, it is on the one hand because the facilities are not up to the price paid: an impractical kitchen and above all an outdated bathroom - a shower in a half-bathtub and a shower screen making it difficult to access. The rest of the apartment is harmonious. In addition, the apartment is very noisy. The neighbours' television is located just behind the bedroom wall: we revisited Games of Thrones almost every night - at Spanish time. As for their dog, he can't stand the absence of his owners... Finally, we found the agency a little too intrusive, after our arrival we received seven emails in three weeks, perfectly unnecessary emails - but that's a matter of opinion. We won't come back.

Beautiful apartment, sea view from all rooms. Balcony is very long, but unfortunately a bit narrow. Three people could not sit together at the table on the balcony. Otherwise, everything was great!

Located at the western city beach we had a great scenic view over the beach and the ocean. The Appartement was clean and nicely decorated. What I really liked was that all neccessaties like toilet paper, cleaning supplies, salt, trash bags, etc. was there in sufficient quantities to keep you going for quite some time. Once you learned your ways around you can pick up more as they run out. The communication with the staff was seamless and very friendly. Only thing that allways bugs me is the prevalent use of access phone apps. The may or may not work (in this case they did not) and I do not like to download more app junk that collects private Data on my phone. Since there were two sets of physical keys in the appartement , it was only a one-time struggle. Overall, a very nice experiance.

My partner and I had the best time staying in this apartment! Location is perfect , every night we were rocked to sleep by the sound of the waves. Communication from the hosts was superb and any questions/ requests we had were handled promptly and professionally! The apartment itself is kitted out with everything you’d need - this includes a properly stocked kitchen AND everything you’ll need to spend a day at the beach! Can’t recommend this place enough , and I cannot wait to stay there again!
