Clear instructions from the landlord made it easy to find our way around. Great that there's a lift, as the flat is on the 6th floor. As described in terms of amenities, and the fact that it was so close to the beach. Across the promenade and down a set of steps. We slept well, on a good mattress. It was great that there were sun loungers and a parasol. Thank you for us, we would love to come back.

We had a fantastic stay with Gloria. We spent a week at the property with our 9-month-old baby; the host provided us with a cot, a high chair and building blocks to play with in the flat, which we were very happy about. Check-in was easy, and there was already coffee, tea and fresh fruit in the flat. The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos, in a pretty mosaic house right on Las Canteras beach in Las Palmas. There is a larger bedroom, a bathroom, a small room with bunk beds, and a spacious living room, from which the kitchen and the balcony also lead off. We highly recommend the stay and would come back anytime!

We felt very comfortable. The location is amazing, right on the sea. You are right in the middle of things and at the same time live very privately. The apartment is beautifully decorated, everything you need, even parasols. The bed is great! Gloria provided us with wonderful information and quickly answered our questions. Upon arrival, fresh fruit was available in addition to coffee and tea. Overall a wonderful stay and highly recommended!

I am very happy with my stay in Gloria's apartment. Everything was great. Well-equipped apartment, clean and nice. Absolutely the best location. Communicated with Gloria via Airbnb, but it felt like you knew her after a while. Best host I've had on Airbnb. Quick replies and very helpful. Highly recommend her apartment. Too bad we can't give 6 stars! It is a heavenly destination, and what a joy to realise that Gloria is just as heavenly, like the Canarians. The apartment is very clean, well equipped, my favourite: the terrace with this incredible ocean view, it is really conveniently located close to everything. Gloria thought of everything, from bath towels to the parasol and deckchairs. All you have to do is run to the beach right across the street! Las Palmas is a very lively, bustling city (restaurants, bars, tapas, shops), without disturbing you at night. I recommend 200%. Gloria is a more than attentive hostess, she is generous and open and only wants to make your stay as pleasant as possible with her kindness, her attentions and her precious advice, she is a person like few we meet! It's simply our best experience since we've been travelling.

I highly recommend Gloria's apartment. It's in an unbeatable location on the beachfront overlooking Las Canteras. There are restaurants and shops nearby, but the apartment is very quiet (especially for those who are light sleepers) as it is on the sixth floor. It has a great terrace from which to see the best sunsets. The apartment has everything you need and is as shown in the photos and description. The kitchen is very well equipped, which is appreciated if you want to cook. Gloria is probably the best host we've ever had on Airbnb. Always kind, answering our questions and very attentive. In addition, he left us toilet and beach towels, which is very useful and does not happen in all Airbnbs. Access to the apartment is also very easy and automated. Definitely a very good experience that I would definitely repeat! Thanks for everything Gloria and see you soon :).

I recommend this appartment. I had nothing to complain during my 4-week stay. Perfect location with great view from balcony over the sea and Las Canteras. Direct access to Las Canteras promenade and restaurants and bars. The place to be in Las Palmas. The appartment was clean and well equiped. Everything is well organised and the communication with the host Juan - who is very helpful - was very efficient and pleasant.

Great location and great host. The view from the apartment is awesome! Juan was very helpful with transport and the local recommondations were on point. The downside for us (travelling with two kids) is that the apartment is not very sound proff so we could hear the neighbourgs watching TV or talking every night and the smaller room has a small opening into the living room area with no glass in it. Otherwise a great place to stay!

Playa Las Canteras is amazing with its restaurants and shops within walking distance.Not much tourism during the week.More like a beach on a residential area with a wide promenade. Highly recommend!!!! Great water for diving and snorkling!

We stayed in this wonderful apartment for three weeks in June. Juan has arranged a shuttle service to us from the professional airport, more convenient and convenient than a taxi. Check-in was contactless, and the instructions were very clear. The apartment is as described on the site and true to the photographs, especially the kitchen was equipped with everything you need. We really appreciated the balcony with a spectacular ocean view. During our stay Juan was very present via email, without intrusion. He immediately remedied a problem with the toaster: he gave us a new toaster a few hours after reporting the problem! In the apartment we also found a supply of beach towels, deck chairs and umbrella. Check-out was also easy and Living Las Canteras provided us with a bag with lunch and some snacks for the return trip. We were excited about this stay and highly recommend it for both short and long stays.

Fabulous apartment and location! The apartment has everything you need, the hosts are very helpful and friendly, and the beach really is a few steps away! Lots of lovely places to eat and drink nearby, and the building itself is beautiful. The best thing of all though is the balcony, with an amazing view. We loved our stay here.

Wow, what can i say that hasn't already been said? The apartment is absolutely lovely and we loved our stay here. It had anything and everything we could need - a fully stocked kitchen, extra towels, a beach umbrella, super comfy beds and pillows, a desk WITH an ergonomic chair and laptop holder, two fans for the bedrooms. You can tell that the hosts have gone above and beyond anticipating the needs of their guests. It may be little bit more expensive than other apartments on the island, but it is so so so worth it! The location also had everything we could have hoped for - amazing restaurants, lovely beachfront, grocery store with all the fresh fruits and veggies you could imagine, surfing lessons (highly recommend), plenty of nightlife, and public transport close by. I would highly recommend this apartment. As a last note, the hosts were very communicative and helpful. The instructions they give for arrival were useful, and we found taking the bus to and from the airport to be simple, affordable, and straightforward.

The location is really great. The bedroom with the 1.40 metre bed has a window to a light shaft. The room with the bunk bed is very small and has no window, only an opening to the living room. The mattresses are very sagging and need to be replaced. Unfortunately, there was a lot of renovation work going on in the house. Since it is very audible, it was partly unbearable in the apartment during the stamping and drilling work. Before booking, you should therefore clarify whether work is being carried out in the house. The location and the view from the small balcony are great.

Wonderful few weeks in las Canteras, 20 steps from the beach. 5km long promenade ,enjoyed walking it every day. Apartment is also a short walk from the bus station where one can catch busses regularly to different parts of the Island. I will be back.

We found hospitality very good. Our flight departs a few hours after CheckOut and they have let us stay longer in the apartment at no cost. The apartment has nice views and is manicured, the beach is nothing and less, the bus station that connects to most tourist sites on the Island is 10-15 minutes away. We would love to do it again and recommend it to everyone!

The location of the apartment is fantastic with a beautiful view, and Juan's attention has given us all the facilities to coordinate the schedules of our flights with the entrance and exit of the apartment. The stay was very comfortable and it was really worth it. Highly recommended.
