Excellent location on the boardwalk of las Canteras beach. Surrounded by many restaurants and bars and still a quite private location as it’s just around the corner of playa chica. Therefore also not too hot due to too much sunshine in the morning. The Living las Canteras team has done great in preparation and making sure that every type of visitor gets the chance to make the most out of their stay. Very quickly in response to any kind of demand and very friendly hosts. The apartment is very well equipped with all necessary items in the kitchen and living room. Even surfboards and snorkeling equipment is available. All in all a very nice place to stay and highly recommended. Thanks Living Las Canteras team

I didn't want to go the truth, we were super comfortable in the apartment. My husband and I and my little monstruito went there and we were looking for comfort and so it was. A great walk, the beach opposite, supermarkets nearby and we had everything you need for cooking, going to the beach ( umbrellas, chairs, towels... ) high chair and baby cot and very cool views. Finally, for what we decided on this apartment is the sofa 😅 ( large and comfortable to rest together and watch our series when the little one finally sleeps ). And finally in one of the comments we saw that someone was talking about the noise of the restaurant that is right there but the truth that we have not felt it, the windows isolate quite a lot and those of the restaurant are very nice.

Loved the stay. Perfect apartament for remote working. Beautiful view from the window, very comfy bedroom and big comfortable couch. It's just next to the bike rental station and very delicious Venezuelan restaurant. Definitively coming back!

Overall the apartment is very nice. Being right in front of a restaurant means you can expect quite a bit of noise especially if you want to open the windows to cool off the apartment. The standing desk and fast WiFi were great for getting work done. Having surfboards come with the rental is great but it’s about a 25 minute walk to the main surf breaks, not to bad but don’t expect walk out surf. Juan and his team are quick to respond and very helpful communication with them is 10/10!

Amazing location by the beach, and the place has great amenities, good kitchen, lounge area, clean. Lots of places to eat and can take a walk along the beach at sunrise. For working the desk/chair/monitor are brilliant. It is quite dark so for working long periods I had to position the work lamps, and facing the sea is OK but after 10am the restaurant outside sets up and it can get quite noisy especially when you open the window, there is a constant flow of people walking by which can be a bit distracting. This place is great for beach/bit of work but it does not feel particularly private due to the view of people, and to get in the flat entrance you walk through the waiters outside who are very friendly! But if you like your privacy and peace it can get a bit overwhelming. Gets very busy at weekends and people eat into the early hours but it's a perfect place by the sea and was great I could swim then get in the flat in 5 minutes as long as you wear something over your swim swimsuit!

My stay at Juan's place was absolutely incredible! Juan and his team were so warm, friendly and accommodating throughout the month that we stayed, with local recommendations and tips as well as being on hand for absolutely anything we needed. The apartment was beautiful and in a fantastic location, literally 10 seconds away from the beach. It was even bigger than it looked in the photos, the wifi was incredible, and the kitchen had everything we needed for a month-long stay. We'll be back for sure!

I thought it was a great stay. The extras like the umbrella really offer the stay a plus. Also that you are directly at the boulevard of Las Canteras is a super plus point. I really liked the communication with Juan about the check in and check out. And also that he contacted me in between to ask if everything was to your liking. I would definitely recommend this stay and Juan as a host.

Enjoyed my stay. great location. really appreciated the snorkling gear and beach chairs. proactive communication with clear instructions. I worked a few hours per day, doing video meetings, the wifi was good. nice to have a good desk and chair to work, with a nice ocean view. great for couples. great if you are working remote. many restaurants and bars nearby. the surf spot is 1.5km walk.

A lovely apartment and very well equipped for both having a holiday and also for working remotely. Great communication with the hosts. We loved being able to swim every day so close to the apartment and lots of great places to eat and drink.
