The space

★ Very practical open-plan living-dining-kitchen and work area.
★ As in all LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES properties, the KITCHEN is thoughtfully equipped to make cooking and dining at home as comfortable as possible.
★ The LIVING ROOM is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. It has a comfortable SOFA with CHAISE LONGUE, a 50-inches Smart TV with access to Amazon Prime (we do not offer access to German TV channels), a READING CHAIR with swivel base and a large rug, which provides warmth to the room. The LARGE WINDOW opens onto the promenade, allowing you to enjoy spectacular views and plenty of natural light while you relax with your favourite book.
★ BEDROOM with two single 90 x 200 cm beds, which we can present together if you prefer. Pillows of different firmness levels available so that you can choose the one that suits you best. And following our guests' recommendations, we installed an air conditioning unit in February 2025. The room has a large BUILT-IN WARDROBE with a MIRRORED FRONT, with ample storage capacity.
★ Full BATHROOM, with large shower and screen. The sink unit has two large drawers, where you will find a hairdryer and a beach towel per guest. In the accommodation, you will also find a spare set of bath towels per person.
★ Planning to SURF during your stay? In the living room, we have arranged two SURFBOARDS, as well as two beach chairs, a parasol and snorkelling goggles so that you can make the most of the beach. All of them are FREE.
★ As in all LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES properties, it INCLUDES:
- 2 comfortable reclining beach chairs and 1 umbrella

★ The neighbourhood is lively during the day, but VERY QUIET AT NIGHT. You will find LAPTOP-FRIENDLY cafes and several coworking spaces where you can meet other digital nomads.
★ This accommodation is located on the ground floor of a 5-storey building. In the lobby, there is a short flight of stairs to reach the flat.
★ Right in front of the accommodation is the terrace of a traditional and quiet restaurant that opens every day from 11:00 to 00:00 hours.
★ It is the IDEAL choice FOR SHORT AND MEDIUM STAYS, solo-travellers or couples, holidaymakers or remote workers.
★ For stays longer than 14 days, it is mandatory to hire an additional cleaning service of at least 2 hours (26 EUR final price), which is paid directly to the cleaner, in order to allow us to properly maintain the facilities. It is for the benefit of all guests, present and future!

The building where this accommodation is located is a residential property.
For the sustainability of holiday rentals in residential buildings, we kindly ask for your full cooperation in adhering to the following rules:
• The regulations of Las Palmas City Council state that noise perceived by a neighbour BETWEEN 10 p.m. AND 8 a.m. must not exceed 25 dB IN BEDROOMS and 30 dB IN OTHER ROOMS. Normal conversation = 40–50 dB. Slamming doors, dragging furniture = 70 dB. From these levels, you should subtract what is absorbed by walls, ceilings and windows.
• Without our prior authorisation, access is not permitted to PERSONS WHO ARE NOT LISTED IN THE BOOKING.
• SMOKING is strictly FORBIDDEN throughout the property and in all communal areas of the building.
• We accept no responsibility for noise caused by NEIGHBOURS’ BUILDING WORKS that have not been notified to us.
• PETS are not allowed.
• Access to the building is not permitted WHEN WET OR WITH SAND from the beach.
• It is not permitted to HANG CLOTHES on balconies or windows where they are visible from the street.
• We do not provide a LINEN AND TOWEL CHANGE SERVICE. However, you will find spare sheets and towels in the apartment. The accommodation has a washing machine, and we provide detergent for your use.
The flat has been decorated, furnished and cleaned so that you can enjoy it to its fullest. We kindly ask you to treat it with care and respect, so that future guests can enjoy it in the same way. Thank you very much!

To reserve any of our accommodations, it is an essential requirement that the NAME and CONTACT DETAILS in the reservation are those of one of the guests.
★ SANITATION & HIGYENE MEASURES
Cleaning and disinfection procedures of our accommodations have been formulated to protect the health of our cleaning crew and our guests.
Our cleaning crew:
→ only uses approved disinfectants.
→ wipes down light switches, lamps, cupboard and window handles, doorknobs, banisters, remotes, all appliances, electronics and provided amenities.
→ carefully washes all dishes and flatware, including the clean ones, with hot water.
→ deeply sanitises potentially contaminated sites (bathroom toilet, sink, trash bin, etc.).
→ machine-washes all available linens at high temperature, including the clean ones.
→ cleans the cleaning products (soap, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, etc.).
→ sterilises the two set of keys and/or the smart lock and the keypad.
→ double-checks their To-Do list before leaving.

Very good value for money. Friendly and thoughtful host, he provided us with the crib and high chair we requested, as the ad allowed, and he also provided us with a bathtub for our baby, even though we hadn't asked for it. It was a surprise and a nice touch. The apartment is fully equipped and in an area with a lot of shops around.

I can’t recommend this stay highly enough. The apartment was beautiful, in a great location and the host went out of his way to be helpful and friendly. Some things we particularly appreciated: the thoughtful provision of beach towels, chairs and other beach equipment that might be needed… the offer of flexible check-ins, this really made our stay extra special, giving us some extra time to enjoy the beach before our flight home… the arranging of transportation to and from the airport, again this meant we were able to make maximum use of our time. Sometimes a host just goes over and above to make a stay great and this was absolutely the case with Juan, we came away feeling as though we had been treated with such thoughtfulness and consideration. I would highly highly recommend staying here.

We had a great stay as a family of 3 with a small baby. The living las canteras team were very helpful and made our stay easeful with a high chair and baby bath. The apartment is right on the promenade so it’s perfect for long walks. There’s loads of restaurants near by. The flat was exactly what we needed.

Living Las Canteras gave us a great stay! Their entry instructions were clear and made the process easy. We loved the apartment (incredible view!) and made use of the extra beach equipment in the apartment. All the bathroom and kichen facilities worked great so we were really pleased with our choice! Would visit again
