The space
★ IF YOU'RE STAYING SOLO, we offer a special rate. Try searching for 1 and 2 guests to see the price difference!★ The LIVING ROOM is a very bright space. It has a very comfortable THREE-SEATER SOFA -what about snuggling up and watching some movies?- and a SMART TV with which you can access Amazon Prime (no access to German TV channels).
★ The BEDROOM area, in the same space, has TWO light and easy-to-fold-down 90 cm WALL BEDS. A BUILT-IN CABINET offers good storage capacity.
★ This flat has air conditioning since September 2025.
★ As in all LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES properties, the KITCHEN is thoughtfully equipped to make cooking and dining at home as comfortable as possible. In addition to the dining table, we’ve included a large breakfast bar in the kitchen.
★ The modern BATHROOM has a large shower with a glass screen.

The building where this accommodation is located is a residential property.
For the sustainability of holiday rentals in residential buildings, we kindly ask for your full cooperation in adhering to the following rules:
• The regulations of Las Palmas City Council state that noise perceived by a neighbour BETWEEN 10 p.m. AND 8 a.m. must not exceed 25 dB IN BEDROOMS and 30 dB IN OTHER ROOMS. Normal conversation = 40–50 dB. Slamming doors, dragging furniture = 70 dB. From these levels, you should subtract what is absorbed by walls, ceilings and windows.
• Without our prior authorisation, access is not permitted to PERSONS WHO ARE NOT LISTED IN THE BOOKING.
• SMOKING is strictly FORBIDDEN throughout the property and in all communal areas of the building.
• We accept no responsibility for noise caused by NEIGHBOURS’ BUILDING WORKS that have not been notified to us.
• PETS are not allowed.
• Access to the building is not permitted WHEN WET OR WITH SAND from the beach.
• It is not permitted to HANG CLOTHES on balconies or windows where they are visible from the street.
• We do not provide a LINEN AND TOWEL CHANGE SERVICE. However, you will find spare sheets and towels in the apartment. The accommodation has a washing machine, and we provide detergent for your use.
The flat has been decorated, furnished and cleaned so that you can enjoy it to its fullest. We kindly ask you to treat it with care and respect, so that future guests can enjoy it in the same way. Thank you very much!

★ HYGIENE AND SANITATION MEASURES
Our cleaning and disinfection procedures are designed to protect the health of both our team and guests.
Our cleaning team:
→ only uses approved disinfectants. → cleans light switches, lamps, cabinet and window handles, door knobs, railings, remote controls, appliances, electronics, and any item provided for guest use.
→ carefully washes all dishes and cutlery, even those already cleaned, in hot water.
→ deeply disinfects high-touch surfaces (toilet, sink, waste bins, etc.).
→ washes bedding and towels at high temperatures, including those already clean.
→ cleans all cleaning products (soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, etc.).
→ sterilises both sets of keys and/or the smart lock and keypad.
→ double-checks their task list before leaving the apartment.

Studio is very well equipped, there is everything you need for stay. If you want to go to the beach/ chairs / , if you want to cook, to watch TV, WiFi is working very well. Bathroom is very nice. Studio is very clean. Nice terase with furniture. Views could be better ,as you can't overlook all the beach / on right side is building/. But in clear weather you can see Teide... What was bad and why I think it's overpriced is bed. If you use both beds you have no chance to walk around them. No night tables. Could be more wide also. Anyway it was nice stay.

We stayed in the apartment for 7 days. The decor is of high quality, there is no compromise on comfort in any way. Everything seems new and exudes luxury. A lovely terrace with a luxurious sofa overlooking the bay and the boulevard. The living room is cozy, practical and tastefully decorated. The kitchen has quite everything you might need. The bathroom is beautiful and super clean, with rain shower and plenty of hot water (no problems with the boiler as I read earlier in a review). The chairs and parasol were ready for the visit to the beach. There is plenty of choice for eating and drinking in the area. Here the tourists are still by far in the minority (in the period that we were there) which appealed to us very much. Compared to the other popular places on the island, we came to rest here. It is useful to rent a car, it can be cloudy here but just to the south the sun breaks through. Absolutely recommended!

The apartment is great, very well located, in front of the beach Las quarteras and close to places of leisure. It was very clean and had towels, sheets, gel and shampoo and keyboard, the essentials for a few days on vacation. The terracita has a glass that prevents the wind from passing and gives almost all day the sun on it. I thank the living quarries team and their host Juán who were in contact with us all the time. Thank you very much.
