The space
★ INSPIRATIONAL SPACE IN THE HEART OF THE CITY. Relish stunning sunrises on its terrace, with coffee in hand; or incomparable sunsets with a cup of wine... or even a dinner in its living-dining room, while you enjoy an evocative night view of the illuminated city and its calm harbour.

★ FREE PRIVATE PARKING slot in the basement of the building, with direct access to the house by lift. Parking suitable for cars up to:
- 4.10 meters long
- 1.75 meters wide
- 1.80 meters high
To access the parking space, there is a 2.66-metre wide closed curve.

It is a very central area, with normally heavy traffic. Although the flat is located on the 7th floor, traffic noise can be felt if you keep the access to the terrace open.

★ Its diaphanous interior space opens onto the terrace thanks to a front of picture windows with sliding doors which, together with the high ceilings, multiply the space and give the environment an INCOMPARABLE LUMINOSITY.

★ As in all LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES properties, the KITCHEN is thoughtfully equipped to make cooking and dining at home as comfortable as possible.

★ Washer and dryer are in a separate room at the end of the terrace. Air conditioning in the living room and in the kitchen.

★ The LIVING ROOM has a SMART TV, which includes access to Amazon Prime (no access to German TV channels).

★ The MASTER BEDROOM is furnished with a 150 cm bed and includes its own bathroom. The SECOND BEDROOM has two 90 cm single beds that can be pushed together if desired. Both bedrooms have separate large fitted wardrobes. Both bedrooms have air conditionaning. This flat has a THIRD BEDROOM, accessible via an internal staircase, furnished with an 80 cm hide away bed, nightstand, children's desk and chair.

★ The impressive terrace that surrounds the flat offers spectacular views of the city, Las Alcaravaneras Beach and the Marina. In it, you will find a pleasant area for snacks and relaxed conversations, with a coffee table, a couch and a 1-person bench; a solarium area, with sun loungers where you can rest in the sun with a refreshing drink... and even a hammock for naps.

Despite our thorough cleaning prior to the arrival of our guests, the floor of the terrace tends to get dirty quickly due to pollution from the heavy traffic in the area.

★ There is AIR CONDITIONING in both BEDROOMS on the lower floor, in the kitchen and in the living room.

★ As in all LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES properties, it INCLUDES:
- 2 comfortable reclining beach chairs and 1 umbrella

★ This stunning flat is located on the 7th floor of a 7-storey building. The property can be accessed without the need to climb any steps.

★ It is IDEAL FOR FAMILIES AND GROUP OF FRIENDS who want to enjoy a unique stay in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

★ For stays longer than 14 days, it is mandatory to hire an additional cleaning service for the accommodation of at least 3 hours (39 EUR final price), which is paid directly to the cleaner, in order to allow us to properly maintain the facilities. • The regulations of Las Palmas City Council state that noise perceived by a neighbour BETWEEN 10 p.m. AND 8 a.m. must not exceed 25 dB IN BEDROOMS and 30 dB IN OTHER ROOMS. Normal conversation = 40–50 dB. Slamming doors, dragging furniture = 70 dB. From these levels, you should subtract what is absorbed by walls, ceilings and windows.
• Without our prior authorisation, access is not permitted to PERSONS WHO ARE NOT LISTED IN THE BOOKING.
• SMOKING is strictly FORBIDDEN throughout the property and in all communal areas of the building.
• We accept no responsibility for noise caused by NEIGHBOURS’ BUILDING WORKS that have not been notified to us.
• PETS are not allowed.
• Access to the building is not permitted WHEN WET OR WITH SAND from the beach.
• It is not permitted to HANG CLOTHES on balconies or windows where they are visible from the street.
• We do not provide a LINEN AND TOWEL CHANGE SERVICE. However, you will find spare sheets and towels in the apartment. The accommodation has a washing machine, and we provide detergent for your use.

The flat has been decorated, furnished and cleaned so that you can enjoy it to its fullest. We kindly ask you to treat it with care and respect, so that future guests can enjoy it in the same way. Thank you very much!

★ NO RESERVATIONS FROM INTERMEDIARIES
To reserve any of our accommodations, it is an essential requirement that the NAME and CONTACT DETAILS in the reservation are those of one of the guests.

★ SANITATION & HIGYENE MEASURES
Cleaning and disinfection procedures of our accommodations have been formulated to protect the health of our cleaning crew and our guests.

Our cleaning crew:
→ only uses approved disinfectants.
→ wipes down light switches, lamps, cupboard and window handles, doorknobs, banisters, remotes, all appliances, electronics and provided amenities.
→ carefully washes all dishes and flatware, including the clean ones, with hot water.
→ deeply sanitises potentially contaminated sites (bathroom toilet, sink, trash bin, etc.).
→ machine-washes all available linens at high temperature, including the clean ones.
→ cleans the cleaning products (soap, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, etc.).
→ sterilises the two set of keys and/or the smart lock and the keypad.
→ double-checks their To-Do list before leaving.

We originally booked for 4 nights and decided to extend our stay by another 5 nights. The apartment is in a great location, walking distance to many bars and restaurants. There is also a supermarket and cafe located a 4 minute walk away which was very convenient. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The apartment itself was clean and tidy and had many great amenities such as a smart TV, washing machine and tumble dryer and lots of kitchen appliances to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The view from the terrace is great. You can watch the cruise ships come in and out and it’s in the sun all day. They had Air conditioning in every room which made our stay even more comfortable . There is a nice beach opposite which is relatively quiet. I would recommend this apartment to everyone and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

What a perfect place for watching the start of the ARC boats heading off across the Atlantic from Las Palmas. The terrace is wonderful for sunrise, sunset and throughout the day to see the activity around the ports. Thank you to the Living Las Canteras team for making our stay a pleasure.

The apartment is large, beautiful terrace, very clean, washing machine and dishwasher and dryer, appreciable. Facing the harbour and the beach. Shops, bars and restaurants, market nearby. The codes to enter the building and the apartment are practical, no need to take the keys with you. Juan's apartment is nice and Juan is very attentive, cares about whether our stay is going well. The parking is a little narrow, it is better not to have a big car but it is convenient to have parking in the neighborhood. Very pleasant stay.

The apartment is just as it appears in the photos with a great view of the Alvaravaneras beach and Ciudad Jardín. A very well located place and close to everything. The service was quick and exquisite. Definitely a place to enjoy.
