A flight of stairs leads to the cosy loft space featuring a queen bed, plush carpeting, wall-mounted TV, ceiling fan, and generous built-in wardrobes. A private balcony overlooks the interior atrium of the building.

Guest access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the loft bedroom, laundry facilities, private balcony, and all onsite common areas within the Red Hot Lofts complex.

Other things to note

* Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

* Due to strict noise policies in strata buildings and Australian council by-laws, guests must avoid making loud noise, particularly between the hours of 10 pm – 8 am. Please understand that guests who break this rule may be evicted and financial penalties may also apply, depending on the circumstances..

* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.

* Extra $20/night will be charged for guests after 2 or if the sofa bed needs to be prepared.

*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.

*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.
