This was a lovely little place to stay at for three weeks. Being close to everything in town was great, though having a car became expensive at the car park down the road. Most of my stay was peaceful except for the last two nights Friday and Saturday Noisy with permanent tenants in and out congregating in the hallway between 12-2 am ..All in all good,but personally for me the downside having a car and noisy tenants

Lovely cosy two level studio with all amenities needed, located in Central Devonport CBD. Close to all services, supermarket and restaurants. Immediate parking during business hours all metered parking, varying 1-3hr mac. So car parking has restrictions. Unfortunately, I would give MaisoNets 0 out of 5 stars if possible. I confirmed check-in time with Airbnd the morning of arrival. Instead of meeting the Concierge on a Sunday 4pm , I was left waiting out the premises until after 7pm. ie. Wasted 3 hours of my time. Only by chance I saw a neighbour of the premises, who had a different contact number of the Concierge to that given to Airbnd. The Concierge did NOT note down check-in appointment. BOTH the Concierge and Maisonet Host were NOT contactable by myself or Airbnd, as I waited outside for the keys. Neither the Concierge or the Host contacted me as instructed by Airbnd, to apologise. I am told, this is not the first time the concierge failed on time to check-in a guest.

- If the guest cancels fewer than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
