I've stayed their before, the outside noise didn't disturb me last time but this time it seems the pub opposite has noisier customers and for longer. Ideally positioned to get into London. Sainsbury's below the flats is expensive but very practical.

Staying here was better than staying at a 5-star hotel, in my opinion. It was immaculately clean, modernly designed, spacious, and perfect in every way! If arriving by train, be aware that there is no elevator (lift) at the station. If you have luggage, find the station ramp to get to street level because you do not need to climb any stairs to get out of the station. You will have to still carry your bags up one flight of indoor stairs at the Airbnb, but it’s doable for most as the stairs are wide. Many restaurants, shops, and grocery stores are within a block of the flat. The kitchen is large and well equipped. Beds are firm. My friend and I felt completely safe in this neighborhood, and found the local people extremely friendly and helpful when we asked questions of them. I honestly don’t know why anyone would stay at a hotel when there are Airbnb’s like this one where guests can spread out in a large space and enjoy their stay in luxury! Thank you for a lovely experience.

Spacious apartment, as advertised. Very clean. A little noisy because traffic in the morning and evening. But all nearby amenities and very nice neighborhood. Excellent stay.

The place was super nice, clean, and we felt very safe and comfortable. We stayed there for 4 nights and we got along great with everything. The only thing that bothered me was the hard sofa bed. But the bed was probably pretty hard too. But for a shorter stay it is completely bearable. Overall, we were very satisfied and we were also helped very quickly with any questions that came up.

Great stay at the Ladywell. Transit linkage is superb and you can get to central London easily. For female travellers the area is safe and the tube station nearby is as well. The grocery just below the place is super convenient and has everything you need. The unit was well stocked and the kitchen was very functional. Overall excellent place to stay!

Steph’s place was an absolute gem! The immediate response, cleanliness of the stay, proximity to restaurants and shops, area itself, guide book was amazing! Thank you for accommodating me at such last minute, I felt right at home and will certainly rebook in the near future when I’m in town.

The apartment is only 2 minutes away from Ladywell train station, located directly above a small supermarket where you can stock up on the most important things. Everything was super clean. The equipment was completely sufficient and good for a short stay. Also the pull-out sofa was satisfactory for our two 15 and 17-year-old children. Both contact and key exchange worked smoothly. Questions were answered promptly. The only small drawback: the street noise just in front of the apartment. With the window closed, we were able to sleep well. A great stay in London/Ladywell - Thank you!

Due to no air conditioning, the windows had to be open for sufficient ventilation. As a result, we were bothered a lot by the noise of the busy street in front of the apartment. Furthermore, everything was as described but we did miss the tea and the dishwashing cubes for the dishwasher. A broken twilight lamp was also on a side table, which was dangerous because the lamp fitting was open and the plug was simply plugged in. The lamp is safely put away in the kitchen. Parking was paid in the neighborhood , but only until 7pm. Or you really had to go a couple of miles away. For this, prepare and provide better and clearer instructions to the guests. Everything else was fine.

Steph's place was better than we imagined. A fantastic location very close to the Ladywell train station, which seamlessly connects you to central London. As for the accommodation, it was completely impeccable, with everything you need for a good stay. We went 4 and thanks to the sofa bed we were able to rest all properly. The host provided us with very clear and complete information on how to access the home as well as how the appliances work, and answered our questions very quickly. We are so thankful we found such a chulo place near London. Thank you very much Steph!

Beautiful, modern apartment that we lived in as a family of four. We had some trouble finding the apartment, but with the then sent PDF, in which everything is described, everything was very easy. The location is just in Zone 3, but the apartment has a very good connection by bus and train. Sainsbury's is right next door. For everything to work in the apartment, we had to look for the switches in the beginning, where the power supply was switched off. The switch for the heater in the bathroom is, for example, in the hallway, the stove and the range hood, turn on in the hanging cabinet on the far left. The only thing that would have been desirable for us would have been a few basics in the kitchen equipment. Overall a very nice stay. We enjoyed it and can recommend the apartment.

This place is absolutely everything you need, even for a longer stay. It's fully equipped, with a lot of space - exactly as seen in the pictures, spotless, cozy and very modern. Like home away from home, for sure. Apartment is 2min walk from the Ladywell train station, that drives directly to city center and bus stops right at the entrance gates. You have a little boulangerie/cafe right around the corner, also some restaurants, and the shopping center is 15min walk away. The host was very responsive, kind and the instructions were clear. I Would recommend this place 100%!
