The space
The Vacation rental apartment is at the American Colony, between Florentine and the beach, near the newly restored "Tachana" railroad station. There are many restaurants and small shops in the area.Take a walk to the nearby Flea Market for browsing and lots of choices of cafes and cool local brands.
The apartment is a few minutes walk from the historical and unique neighborhood of Tel Aviv called Neve Tzedek. Neve Tzedek is well known for being the first Jewish neighborhood built outside of the wall of the ancient port of Jaffa.
This neighborhood is famous for its unique and authentic architecture. It has lovely restaurants and shops. It takes only 5 minutes to get to the beach and 10 minutes to walk to the centre of Tel Aviv.
A relaxing terrace where you can enjoy your cup of coffee in the morning or your afternoon tea overlooks the green garden and historical city streets, immersing you in the local area.
The apartment is located on floor 2 and is accessible by elevator. The apartment includes a Mamad (safe room) for added safety. Take advantage of the complete kitchen where you can cook your homely meal if you choose to.

It’s okay but not great. The bedroom is nice but there can often be a sound of a rooster all night long so wear the ear plugs provided. The window shutter is broken and needs to be pulled hard to close. The kitchen has basic items but things like the blender didn’t work and the cutting board broke. No dish detergent was provided. I asked for a key to the front door in order to keep Shabbat and it was never provided. The window in the kitchen does not allow direct sunlight but you can slightly see the sea. The lighting can be a bit harsh. It was relatively quiet even though it’s close to a main road. Overall it’s a 3 star it’s not bad but it’s not great. Would not stay again.
