The key they gave me to repeat the box key didn't open at all. I wrote to them for two hours and they didn't respond. Contact Airbnb to contact them and they didn't respond to Airbnb either. I went to look for a hotel because I was very tired and to change accommodation. I left my bags with a very friendly neighbour and went to look for a place to stay. After two hours, a person from the company wrote to me saying that they didn't know what happened, that they had the wrong password and gave him one that wasn't right. They gave me a new one and I asked the neighbour to try it because I was out and it worked. After all this, I did a two-day extension and the communication was terrible. Different people contacted me, they sent me payment links that didn't work, we spent two days like this. I told them to do it on Airbnb, but they didn't agree. When I asked why they would charge me a deposit, they said they preferred not to charge the card, so I suggested Airbnb. He told me no problem, we'll cancel everything and you leave tomorrow. The worst!
