Very disappointing. Host unprofessional and totally unreachable. We ordered (on airbnb and on the internal SeaNRent portal) a cot, it was not in the apartment we contacted SeaNRent, they were unreachable by phone (yet a Thursday afternoon) throughout the stay. By messages they replied that they would "take care of it immediately", they did not, the same the next day they wrote again that they would take care of it "right away" and they never did. It looks like it's an automatic response/AI system. Apartment totally unsuitable for people who respect the Sabbath: the door of the building and the apartment require an electric code and the host, despite our requests and his promises, did not provide an alternative solution (physical key, etc.), yet from the time of booking he knew that we were religious. Check-out on Saturday night at an exorbitant price, 50% of the price of the day, much more expensive than the norm.
