I really enjoyed this place. It was spacious and comfy. I will say that they were not flexible on check in time as the description says, which made our first day a bit harder as we were hauling all our luggage around. Another thing I noticed is that they replaced the couch in the picture. It’s a comfy couch regardless, but I feel it’s important to be transparent in all photos! I was a quiet street and easy to find. Lovely building.

Wrong code problem on day of entry No hot water for a day and a half Clogged sink up sewer really unsupportable to use the kitchen for 2 days out of 3 Sheets too small we sleep half the night on the mattress even very unpleasant I chose the apartment with 2sdb 2 wc and I had an apartment with only one inconvenient for 3 people Partial reimbursement request never responded Very little dishes Very disappointed

All in all, a good stay! Clean, Spacious apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Washing machine and dryer. complimentary snacks and coffee maker were a nice touch! Privet parking space - though very tight and will not fit tall vehicles Location - between Shuk Hacarmel and Dizzingof Center, 10 minutes walk to the beach. Was a bit tricky to locate - read the instruction in detail. There is one central A/C with vents in the main space and one in the master bed room only so other bed room was a bit hot during the night and you have to keep the door of it open.

Nice appartment in a central location. The appartment has a private parking space, which is necessary in the neighborhood. The appartment has 2 bed rooms, with one room being the mamad of the appartment. Overall the appartment is very convenient with its 2 bathrooms and a balcony. A few points could be improved (lack of glasses/dishes in the kitchen or a 140cm wide mastress for a 160cm wide bed!) but overall the experience was very good.

We checked in easily. A nice bonus - we arrived early, and the host allowed us to check in an hour and a half earlier than the time indicated in the ad. Everything was clean and there was enough of everything needed for the first day of stay in a new place (equipped kitchen, tea, coffee). A shop, cafe, and currency exchange are within a three-minute walk. The beach is 15 minutes away at a leisurely pace. The apartment has a protected room. There was a slight misunderstanding with the air conditioning. But it was resolved in the end. Good apartment. I recommend it.

The apartment was walking distance from many restaurants, small grocery stores/corner markets, cafes, shopping, synagogues, and close enough to the beach if you don't mind a little trek. The apartment was well stocked with soap, paper products, dish detergent. We did have an issue with the toilet in one of the bathrooms, but they sent someone to fix it both times and the workers were courteous. Because space is an issue, some apartment tenants leave items in the hallways (scooters, strollers, etc) which can make getting to and from the elevator difficult. It is also sometimes dark so we had to navigate turning on the hall light without tripping on the neighbor's scooters and child's bike. All in all, it was a great space, and quiet despite some construction going on next door. It is also important to note that this is number 7 Bar Kochva and there is also a 7a, but they are two different buildings so don't get confused especially if being dropped off or picked up by cab.

The apartment is great, the location is very convenient, and the host are polite and welcoming. However, it was not clear from the description that VAT of 18% is paid in addition. It is written, but not clearly...
