Beautiful guest unit by the sea. Spacious and Airy, includes parking. The unit needs refreshing work such as repairing or replacing worn furniture, appliances with rust marks, a thorough cleaning of the vitrines from which there is a beautiful view. The unit feels like an apartment that was once luxurious and is currently not maintained at a high level as required.

Overall I had a nice stay, except that I arrived during a period of construction, but otherwise the view from the apartment is bluffing.
