The apartment is very modern and looks great, recently renovated and with all the amenities you would need. We Just wish it was slightly more maintained. Our main drawbacks was a fairly consistent smell that (We think) came from the AC, to the point we were worried about turning on the AC and left it off. 2 bedrooms look great, the mattress on the master bedroom was jut very springy and uncomfortable for me, to a point where i slept in the second bedroom . While parking has no assigned/guaranteed parking spot - we never had a problem finding a spot.

The apartment is spacious, well lit and very comfortable. The street is quiet, and generally it was a great booking and answered our needs very well, I'd come back to it. That said, there are issues with the place - the double bed is super soft and springy (I personally couldn't sleep on it, depends on your preference), the smell described in previous comments is still there even though I was told it was fixed (- it comes and goes, most of the time you can't smell it), and there are a few spots with wall dampness. Still despite all of these we had a great 10 days stay there, since the location + free parking were perfect for us.
