Amazing location and apartment. If you are planning to be here longer term (and cook) there isn’t a large selection of cooking equipment (pots and pans) but definitely enough to get by and for day to day use. The bedroom is a mamad which is very convenient. The balcony is incredible and overlooks the intersection and has a view of the sea. The bedding was a bit dirty but there is an in unit washing machine and they supply pods. The beach is only a block away and it’s a great location for restaurants, bars, and cafes. Great stay overall and very communicative and helpful management!

Lovely apartment that has everything you need and a safe room. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking, a coffee machine and a large refrigerator. Everything is clean and tidy. Very close to the sea and a variety of restaurants in the area. Communication was easy and pleasant.

Great little apartment right on bograshov in front of the beach. Host was responsive, check in was very easy and the place was clean. The pictures are obviously taken with the best lighting, but in my opinion the couch is very worn out, the tables have a bunch of scratches all over them, etc. Bathroom was very clean, however there was no dryer which the listing stated there was, so that was a bit disapointing. Overall, 9/10 place.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
