This is the second time I stayed at this condo. It was the best experience for me the first and second time around. I love how they’re so communicative and responsive. Anything that I needed they were able to cater to and assist me with. It was so easy to book and I felt safe. The place is very beautiful and spacious which is amazing. It’s clean and has mainly whatever you need. I love this place and think of it as my home in Israel! Can’t wait to go back!

A block from Dizengoff, a few blocks from the beach... s great location. The apartment was super easy to get to, and easy walks to great food. I love the options in the morning for coffee and scrumptious baked goods in both directions on Gordon street. I love the interior! Much of the wood has that beachy weathered look, but isn't weathered at all. The bedrooms each have their own bathrooms, and the beds are super comfortable. Everything was easy from the booking to getting into the apartment Our host was very responsive. The next time I'm visiting Tel Aviv, I'm most definitely staying here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment is a great location and was perfect for our needs!. A big plus is that the location is within quick and easy walking distance from the beach. The management was very responsive to our needs! We loved our stay in Tel Aviv!

The apartment was nice, the area is a prime bustling area with a robust food scene, going out at night (bars and clubs), and the beach is 5 minute walk away. The managers of the property were a bit difficult. They didn’t inform me that the building of the Airbnb apartment was under construction in its description or when speaking to the managers of the property. Only after the fact that I booked, I found out there’s drilling going on in my ears. They tried pulling off a smooth one saying we gave you multiple discounts- One being that the Airbnb was on sale, for no stated reason on its page whatsoever, and the other “discount” was not charging me a 17% VAT tax only for Israeli citizens, as if they got me my American citizenship. After 6 hours of arguing, they gave me a 10% discount.

Advantages: The apartment is in a great location, very cute, fully equipped and the service of the property owner is kind and efficient. Disadvantages: The building is currently under renovation (stairwell area) and it is not safe for children and noisy from the morning.

This place was incredible, it was our saving grace. We were stuck in a shoebox apartment and I luckily found this place. We came to find a palace. It was so organized, clean, and had everything we needed. They help you out so much. Whenever something is wrong with the place they send someone within 2 hours to fix it. Incredible service. I miss this place already it was such a nice vibe and lots of room.

We highly recommend Dov Hoz 27 for its great location to the beach and restaurants, it’s bright, clean, and fun interior, and the friendly help offered by Itay. It was the perfect place for our visit. Itay is a quick and clear communicator. Super easy stay! Thank you!

The apartment has 2 separate sleeping bedrooms, great beds, each with their own bathrooms and the location for Tel Aviv is central, close to the beach and on a quiet street. Amazing, right? This quirky stylish ground floor flat that took care of us well. Soaps and towels were provided, along with sugar, but you'll need to pick up the basics like coffee pods, salt, pepper, etc if you want to use the kitchen. That being said, there's everything you could want food wise right around the corner for breakfasts as well as every other meal. Thanks Itay for your quick communication and easy check-in.
