Apt is in great location , very clean, has toys for kids. Also has a parking spot (if you’re ok w tight parking) which is a huge plus for Tel Aviv. Important to note- one bedroom has no door, just a curtain. Our check-in/out experience was subpar… At check in time, we needed to wait an hour for cleaner to finish (no communication beforehand re the late time.) As we keep the Sabbath, this left us no time to prepare what we needed before Shabbat started. In addition, prior to booking, I had inquired re entry to apt without using electricity, (Shabbat) to which the response was there is a manual key. However, the lock itself *is* electric even when using key. (In addition to code to building) To our dismay, bc of the lack of communication & transparency we were forced to break Shabbat in order to enter & exit. Considering the aforementioned , I would have expected a more gracious response or gesture from host. Overall good apt, host communication can use improvement

Let me start with the positives. The location was superb! Walkable to Dizengoff, Ben Yehuda, Tel Aviv Port, and the beach. Finding the apartment was easy, instructions on getting into the apartment were clear. However, the listing and communication with Sea N Rent was not factual. There was no second full bathroom as requested and verified of. Internet was spotty and this was a need specified before booking and again assured of. The electricity went out three times. Apparently there is not enough AMPs to service the apartment if more than one appliance is running. So if AC is on, you could not run stove, washer or dryer. This was not disclosed to us and was a headache for the first few days. Once we knew, we only ran an appliance upon leaving for day, when AC was off. So we could not cook in the unit, as we would liked. The few times we did reach out, customer service implied issues were our fault, never taking accountability for their lack of disclosure. Disappointing!
