while most everything in Israel is quite expensive at the moment, there was certainly good value from this apartment. with a family of 6, we need enough beds and space which were provided. Close proximity to the beach, shops, pharmacy. off street parking for our van. easy check in and check out. we had a wonderful time, enhanced by the apartment. We'd stay there again.

The place is in the middle of Tel-Aviv and yet the location itself is quite and a walking distance from anything you would like to do in the city. The private parking in the building is a big plus and one of the reasons we choose the place. Communication and directions were great and the place worked best for us.

The apartment is in a great location, very close to the sea and other relevant places, it can be found easily. The apartment itself is beautiful, not the cleanest but nothing extreme, just the bathroom is not so convenient to use, and a little dark in the main rooms. The booking and stay process was simple and we got a response to everything we asked for. There was a slight misunderstanding about an additional payment that was resolved relatively quickly. Overall, the experience was good and pleasant.

walking distance to the city center and close to Frishman Beach, very nice. It is well built and prepared to host a family. In my opinion, the issue of cleanliness is not managed seriously enough. Maybe it is a phenomenon of management companies that own several apartments, and there is no strict control over cleanliness. Maybe they only trust the cleaning staff and do not come to check their work. but I think cleanliness is the most important thing In the world of hospitality, more than anything else, in my opinion, they didn't put that first in this apartment. It has a lot of advantages and if they polish it to the highest level, and brighten it up more (it felt very dark to us in terms of design), it also needs to be more ventilated, it felt suffocating, it could smell much better. I'll end with a strong recommendation to put screens on the windows, it seems unreasonable to me to live in TA without screens, mosquitoes and flies come in.

Had a great stay here. Apartment was just like the pictures, was also very close to the beach. Host was very responsive and helpful.

The apartment was clean and pleasant, but not at the level of cleanliness I expect in such price ranges (windows, shutters, and window sills need cleaning). The apartment is marketed to 7 people. There is not enough dinnerware for 7 people and some of the plates have small cracks. There are only 5 chairs in the apartment, so for a Friday dinner in the apartment we couldn't host my brother (we were 5 guests). It wouldn't hurt to have extra towels due to the proximity to the sea. We washed the towels, but the dryer on the front and also after 3 sessions did not dry properly and we had to spread the towels to dry all over the apartment as I did not find a rope to hang laundry. It would be nice if there was a little laundry powder in the apartment that would allow you to wash if necessary (noting the matter of towels). Overall, the stay in the apartment was pleasant but not perfect as I expect at such price levels. Its location is excellent. 4 minutes walk to the sea. The hosts were communicative and allowed check-in a little earlier. .

Problem with confirming check in - we were confirmed check in between9:00-11:00 on site and that's why we chose apartment. It was not possible to perform and we had to find where to stay for 4 hours. Other than that issue was great!! Charming apartment Precise instructions Bomb location After entering the apartment everything was perfect!!

Great stay. The location is the one we prefer when we come. Immediate proximity to the beach, shops, public transportation. The apartment is very functional, well thought out and equipped for a family of 5 and visiting guests, in excellent condition. Finally, communication with the agency that manages the apartment is really efficient, professional, proactive. We recommend without hesitation.

Great location next door to royal beach hotel. The parking is extremely tight and difficult to navigate in and out and can realistically only fit small vehicles. The management company is responsive and communicative.

We have enjoyed our stay at the apartment. We found it spacious and comfortable. As we were not in the apt during the day, we only realised that the remote for the tv didn't work and the tablets for the dishwasher run out, but it did not bother us much. Very generously, they let us leave our luggage at the apt after the check out time and before our check in time. We really appreciated it, as with young kids it would have been a hussle to either carry the luggage or find a storage unit nearby. Would recommend the place for families with kids!
