We made a reservation on Thursday confirmed on Friday requested to pay more tax We were unable to get into the link and we arrived at the destination there was no quick response and a desire to help after hours we received a link to pay directly to the property We were unable to open the door The apartment was dirty and had not been cleaned There was hair on the bed hair on the sink of yogurts and leftover snacks on the balcony stains on the blankets in addition we said that we would be 3 girls and there was consideration there was only a bed 1 after persecution and thousands of messages and hours of waiting for cleaning at least agreed to cancel the reservation since we did not find another hotel to sleep where we stayed and only in the evening turns to us another room of service that is shocking, no cleanliness no matter what, there is no respect for us in the disgraceful answers of now 18 in the evening that I did not answer
