There is no doubt that in return for the price of the stay was good, self check-in and comfortable, a really cute apartment that was enough for what we needed. The bed is comfortable, there were lots of towels and the location is excellent. The apartment is tidy and the floor was clean but was not clean enough for us mainly the bedding and toilet, the current in the shower is weak, we were on the 2nd floor without an elevator but it wasn't too bad to go up. In conclusion for a young couple who just need a place to freshen up and sleep is really great, especially for the price that was good.

The studio is next to Carmel market, but still calm during the night, during the day you can notice some tourist activity from the street. The apartment is comfortable, safe, it has a mamad (the bedroom itself). Beach is walking distance and the market is just behind with lots of places to eat and drink.

I had a great stay for nine days in a prime location in the Kerem HaTeimanim neighborhood and the most striking thing was the peace and quiet with the narrow streets that characterize the neighborhood that does not mention the noisy Tel Aviv at all, but more like a village, so I could enjoy all the worlds. The apartment is very well maintained and air-conditioned and just minutes to the sea and a minute walk from the famous Carmel Market. Also, the apartment is surrounded by high level cafes and restaurants and in general this city offers culinary experiences that I have not experienced anywhere else in Globe (maybe in individual places). When I asked for extra bedding for my nephew who came to stay with me was waiting for me in no time a generous bag with bath towels and extra linens outside the door of the house. Communication with the person in charge of the apartment was excellent. Strongly recommend the flat!

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
