I had been waiting for my check- in till midnight on the street. Unfortunately, it never happened and I had to go to the hotel. I never faced such attitude before and was shocked. It started when after payment and reservation I received a link for another resource to pay additional tax. I agreed to make payment but only via Airbnb. After discussion, they agreed and I paid. Next day when my check in supposed to happen, I did not get the instructions and asked for it. They delayed and disappeared and again sent me a link for payment. After long discussion I understood that additional payment failed. I told them that I would pay again when Airnbnb confirms that it had failed. After that host just disappeared for hours knowing that I am waiting check-in on the street. By almost midnight Airnbnb support canceled my reservation due to host ignorance of our requests.

Great studio apartment in the Ir Yamim section of Netanya, in walking distance to the beach and the Piano mall with plenty of shops and restaurants. The unit is small but well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay and is very clean and well maintained. Excellent host as well! I hope to return next time I’m in Israel.

Apart from instructions how to get into the block (not the apartment itself), this was a perfect stay. A small apartment, but spotlessly clean and just what we needed for a short stay. Fabulously equipped and very well designed. Will definitely stay here again.
