Well located apartment, corresponding overall to the description visually But maintenance work to be expected: broken rod, window out of service, no washing machine although this is indicated on the ad, broken bulbs, kitchen not very practical for those wishing to cook, there is also a slight smell in the apartment, poorly done cleaning (hairs in the bed) Positive points: responsive host, who tried to find a solution and always responded to messages. Functional air conditioning, very good location and elevator in the building, it's convenient Sea and rent are serious hosts, and have been professional, but it would just be necessary to do some work in the apartment
