The location is excellent for families with small children, many parks within walking distance Restaurants and cafes abound within a short walking distance. Despite the central location, the apartment is relatively quiet and intimate. Unfortunately, the maintenance of the apartment is very low Uncomfortable beds, there was a smell of cigarettes all over the apartment and a smell of mold in the bathroom, plus the place wasn't particularly clean. The coffee machine is not maintained with a strong taste of scale Extension cables throughout the apartment are unsafe and unsightly
