Sweet apartment in a fun location, close to the Yarkon Park, the port, Dizengoff street. There were a few little things missing like extra towels, a cold water dispenser, but other than that - cool.

Pros: The place is comfortable, spacious and clean. Very good location. Cons: communication with SeaNrent completely chaotic. Right hand doesn’t know what left is doing. No main contact was given which led to talking to different random people with our requests never fulfilled. After providing a US passport, we were told that we won’t be able to get instructions to get into the apartment until we take a photo of the B2 visa provided upon entering the country and send it back to the portal. This added unnecessary anxiety for us, as we had a long flight and arrived late Fri night on a holiday. We were uncertain if somebody will be there for us. Upon landing we were relieved to find instructions for entry, this experience left us drained. Not a very welcoming. Then came a barrage of messages asking if there is anything they can do for us to make our stay better. We requested a spare key and sort mugs that will fit the Nespresso machine that was provided. We never got any of the reques

The place was modern and the location was fine. We had lots of issues with check in as they didn’t coordinate properly with the previous guests and when we showed up the old guest were still there. As well, it seemed like the cleaning was rushed as the chairs were sandy, there were lipstick stains on the cups, dirty pans, ash on the balcony, bugs here and there, and stained towels. The shower would also leak and flood the bathroom after every use which they couldn’t fix. To top it all off after complaining to the manger Itay, he called me cheap and said that I was complaining about things just to get a discount which is unbelievable considering I have pictures of everything. He also told me that he “manages over 150 properties” and that I am being a bad guest by complaining. Overall the place was smaller than I imagined but it was modern and in an okay location, I also had to deal with the manager calling me nearly every day and arguing with me rather than trying to solve things.

We had a absolutely fantastic time. Apartment was exactly as described and more. Great location, very walkable, clean and friendly ❤️ We’ll be back. Thank you for making our trip so nice.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
  • If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
