The apartment is in an old, mostly uninhabited building in a lousy part of town. It had a bad smell. the promised mamad was not a real safe room. The reinforced steel window would not close. We could not get the heat to work on the main floor. The apartment was very depressing. We only went to this apartment under duress as our original choice had a flood the day before our arrival leaving us limited alternative in a part of town we didn't want to be in.

Unfortunately, 3 out of four dining table chairs were in need of repair. A window blind could not be closed and opened properly and was only repaired one day before our departure. Everything else was very pleasant, especially the good facilities of the kitchen.

Great apt and great location. Wasn’t super clean upon check in but host sent another cleaning service. I loved the location, everything was great

Our stay was Amazing. the apartment is beautiful and in great location with easy access to the beach. the apartment was also equipped with private room Shelter bunker wich made our stay less stressful during the current times. the Hosts were kind enough to accommodate our request to check in early and extend an extra day. the team is very responsive and made us feel like home.

The experience itself was fine except for the fact that during the time we stayed there the boiler did not work and we were without hot water

The apartment was clean and functional. The kitchen has everything you need. The shower was delightful and the addition of a “safe room” put our mind at ease. If you have a car you should have a parking plan- reasonable priced parking is rare in Tel Aviv.

Sweet apartment in a fun location, close to the Yarkon Park, the port, Dizengoff street. There were a few little things missing like extra towels, a cold water dispenser, but other than that - cool.

Pros: The place is comfortable, spacious and clean. Very good location. Cons: communication with SeaNrent completely chaotic. Right hand doesn’t know what left is doing. No main contact was given which led to talking to different random people with our requests never fulfilled. After providing a US passport, we were told that we won’t be able to get instructions to get into the apartment until we take a photo of the B2 visa provided upon entering the country and send it back to the portal. This added unnecessary anxiety for us, as we had a long flight and arrived late Fri night on a holiday. We were uncertain if somebody will be there for us. Upon landing we were relieved to find instructions for entry, this experience left us drained. Not a very welcoming. Then came a barrage of messages asking if there is anything they can do for us to make our stay better. We requested a spare key and sort mugs that will fit the Nespresso machine that was provided. We never got any of the reques

The place was modern and the location was fine. We had lots of issues with check in as they didn’t coordinate properly with the previous guests and when we showed up the old guest were still there. As well, it seemed like the cleaning was rushed as the chairs were sandy, there were lipstick stains on the cups, dirty pans, ash on the balcony, bugs here and there, and stained towels. The shower would also leak and flood the bathroom after every use which they couldn’t fix. To top it all off after complaining to the manger Itay, he called me cheap and said that I was complaining about things just to get a discount which is unbelievable considering I have pictures of everything. He also told me that he “manages over 150 properties” and that I am being a bad guest by complaining. Overall the place was smaller than I imagined but it was modern and in an okay location, I also had to deal with the manager calling me nearly every day and arguing with me rather than trying to solve things.

We had a absolutely fantastic time. Apartment was exactly as described and more. Great location, very walkable, clean and friendly ❤️ We’ll be back. Thank you for making our trip so nice.

This place is awesome, the pictures don't do it justice. Itay was very responsive for anything that we needed. Great location with excellent bus access to get around the city. Apartment was well stocked with towels and hotel sized toiletries upon arrival. We can't wait to come back.
