This place is a scam-thick with mould to the extent it’s a health hazard especially for children. The photos don’t match the property. The host kept promising to get back to us but there was no compensation or support available. We were left in an urgent situation with young children looking for somewhere else to stay as a result of this shocking, disgusting, and inhabitable property. I don’t recommend the property or its management company

Disgusting apartment and not like the pictures. Jocks, musty smell, toilet sign: not suitable for use! Of course we did not stay, we were promised a refund but we did not receive it. Stealing ideas and stealing money.

The apartment is in a fantastic location - so close to the beach. Check in was easy with the door code link and the key box. Beds were comfortable and the A/C was very good. Great pool too which was clean and never busy. SeanRent were very responsive to messages. The listing says there is a dryer but there isn’t - just a washing machine. There was nowhere to dry clothes/towels so we contacted SeanRent and they dropped round a laundry rack the same day. The listing says there is a shower room and a “second toilet” - it actually has two shower rooms but one clearly has plumbing issues so the shower cannot be used. It was not clear which shower should not be used but we soon found out! The area and apartment itself is great but the temperamental bathroom situation and the dirty balcony let it down slightly.

A great 4-room apartment almost on the beach in Herzliya. The apartment is on the fourth floor of a nice apartment building, and at the bottom of the building there is a large and comfortable pool.

We enjoyed the apartment very much, perfect location close to the sea! The apartment is comfortable and spacious, there is plenty of parking in a dirt lot, a minute's walk from the building The hosts were available by messages for any questions, responded almost immediately and were courteous Good value for the price, we'll be back!

I called Thursday night to inform that the TV did not work. I was asked to send video to prove it did not work. No one was sent out to replace the TV. The unit has 3 bedrooms but only 1 TV in the living room. I was texting back and forth most of the day Friday, only to be told my complaint was being sent to the team. I guess they didn’t care. I was very disappointed the reason I chose this apartment was because I had previously rented a unit in Haifa and was very pleased with the professional service I received. The Herzliya team really dropped the ball.

Found this at last minute but excellent solution for 5 adults. Gr8 location close to beach and shopping village. Comfortable apartment with everything you need. Pool in complex. If Sabbath observant, a bit of a challenge.
