  We trust that guests will look after our home as they will do their own. No parties or noise will be allowed inside the apartment, or in common areas. Guests may be subject to paying a fine or will be removed from the property. This is a no-smoking apartment. Guests will be liable for any damage or fines exceeding the damage deposit. Any damage to the property must be reported within the first 6 hours after checking in. Exit cleaning and linen is charged at R650. Guests that book for 7 days or more is offered a complementary clean and linen change during their stay. Daily service cleaning can be booked with the agent prior to arrival at a fee of R 250,00 per basic clean.
