Although our stay in the originally booked apartment did not quite match the photos and certain details mentioned were missing, we were given a new apartment with better facilities (sauna, swimming pool and gym). This apartment was not in the same complex, but at an acceptable distance by taxi. The response time was very fast, although it took too long to resolve the issue. Despite the fact that the apartment did not fully meet our original expectations, we had a nice holiday and are satisfied with the solution offered. In addition, we feel that there is a good organisation behind this company and that we were simply unlucky, given the many positive experiences of others. This has also played a role in giving this review.
