Amazing location. Great apartment for a great price point. There was some construction on the unit above me but the team offered to have me move at no cost. I liked the area so much I didn’t want to. 15 min walk to beach / 15 min to Azrieli Center. Would recommend, would stay again.

Nice apartment in an ideal location, very clean and tidy. The disadvantage in my opinion is that the apartment is managed by a company and not by private individuals. This is expressed in the price (VAT increases the cost written on the site by 18%), in non-private contact, in the atmosphere in the apartment (furnished with good taste but minimal and without a home atmosphere), in the lack of accessories in the kitchen. It is important to note that the company's people were kind and helped in whatever way they could.
