Lovely apartment!, neat, clean and well equipped! The balcony is large and very comfortable. In reality is much bigger than the photos. A lush area of cafes bars and restaurants and very close to the sea and the center. Will definitely be back and soon !!!!

The apartment corresponds to the photos, in reality even larger and more spacious. The balcony is large and luxurious The kitchen is fully equipped to the smallest details, great value Would definitely return 👌

Apartment itself was lovely, lots of room, gorgeous patio. Host was helpful when an AC issue and wifi issue presented. Unfortunately, we were overall disappointed with the host company as we were assured ahead of booking that the apartment building had a shared shelter. Upon arriving and much investigation on our own (and ongoing communication with host) to find the shelter, we ultimately learned we were given false information and there was no shelter (something we learned through asking a neighbour, as the host was still unable to confirm). The host could not convey why we were told otherwise. Overall, we were most disappointed with the fact that we were given false information. Again, the apartment itself was lovely and a great location, just disappointed with our interactions with the host company.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
  • If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
