Villa Colleen is only 950 feet from a small boot mooring, a kayak ramp, and the bay to Siesta Key. It is set in a quiet residential area in Tropical Shores, Vamo, only 4,5 miles from the number 1 beach in the USA, Siesta Key. The 2650sqf house has 4-5 bedrooms (3 with King-size beds), 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a spacious living room, and a comfortable dining room for 8 to 10 people. A screen covers the heated pool and large terrace.

The space

On the first floor, there are two other bedrooms with King-size beds; one has a private terrace. The house boasts a digital television package with 165 channels, wireless high-speed Internet, 50Mbit/s, a 50-inch flat screen TV in the living room, and a second TV in the master bedroom. The master bedroom is on the ground floor and there are 2 bedrooms with large double beds on the upper floor. There are 2 twin beds in the fourth bedroom. The fifth bedroom offers a double bed. Although this is usually off - limits, we can make it available to you on request. The outdoor area boasts a large cooking range, 4 bicycles, a large, covered terrace, many chairs and sun loungers.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide shower gel, hair wash or conditioner.

To help you settle in well, we provide you with a basic supply of essential items. These include toilet paper, kitchen roll, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing powder and a small quantity of bin bags.

If you need more during your stay, you can buy additional supplies in nearby supermarkets.
For hygienic reasons, snorkeling equipment is not provided.

Another thing to note is that due to Florida having a tropical climate, there are tropical insects, amphibians, etc.
The space is treated regularly for pests however, you may come across a palmetto bug, mosquitos, nats, etc.
During storms, we tend to find that insects and other critters like mice can
and will invade spaces to escape the rain. While we do take precautions to keep these critters out, it is sometimes out of our control and they may sneak in.
