The space

Unit 3 features a bright and functional layout designed for comfort and ease. The sleeping area includes a king-size bed, while the sleeper couch offers an additional sleeping option for guests.
The unit provides a peaceful environment, complemented by access to the community pool and the tranquil grounds of Windsor Lodge within The Oaks Golf and Country Club. Its convenient location near beaches, dining, and Sarasota attractions makes Unit 3 a comfortable and flexible home base for your Florida stay.

Guest access

The Oaks is a private club. The club facilities are NOT accessible for the Windsor Lodge guests (Golf, Tennis, Fitness, Restaurants, Community Pools). The pool at the Windsor Lodge is solely for the Windsor Lodge guests though.

Very Important!!!
No business trucks are allowed into the community at weekends. So if you drive a business truck, you are not allowed in the community.
RVs and boats are also not allowed.

Mandatory HOA Guest Registration
In accordance with the community's Homeowners Association (HOA) regulations, guest registration is required for all reservations.
After booking and prior to check-in, guests must provide their full legal names, permanent residential addresses, and contact phone numbers.
This information is required by the HOA and will be shared with the HOA Board or authorized management solely for registration, community compliance, and security purposes.

Other things to note

Unfortunately, we cannot provide shower gel, hair wash or conditioner.

To help you settle in well, we provide you with a basic supply of essential items. These include toilet paper, kitchen roll, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing powder and a small quantity of bin bags.

If you need more during your stay, you can buy additional supplies in nearby supermarkets.
For hygienic reasons, snorkeling equipment is not provided.
