  Quiet hours are 9pm to 7am. No loud or objectionable noises, or obnoxious odors, e.g. smoking in or around the building. Only private passenger vehicles are allowed (no vans, trucks, boats, campers, trailers, mobile homes etc.). No pets. Garbage/recycling must be placed inside the respective containers in the designated trash pen to the right of the building. No trash can be left outside a Unit's door. Abide by pool rules and discard trash in one of the 2 poolside bins.
