The space
On 595 sqft living space a living-, eating and sleeping area with kitchenette awaits you. The bathroom has a sink, a bathtub shower and a toilet. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, a fridge, 2 stove burners and a coffeemaker. Dishes, glasses and cutlery are provided for 4 people. Air Condition, WiFi and TV are provided. The king size bed together with the queen size inflatable sleeping mattress are offering space for 4 people. On the same floor, we provide a washer and dryer for our guests. The second floor is accessible with an elevator.Guest access
The Oaks is a private club. The club facilities are NOT accessible for the Windsor Lodge guests (Golf, Tennis, Fitness, Restaurants, Community Pools). The pool at the Windsor Lodge is solely for the Windsor Lodge guests though.Other things to note
Unfortunately, we cannot provide shower gel, hair wash or conditioner.To help you settle in well, we provide you with a basic supply of essential items. These include toilet paper, kitchen roll, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing powder and a small quantity of bin bags.
If you need more during your stay, you can buy additional supplies in nearby supermarkets.
For hygienic reasons, snorkeling equipment is not provided.

Very nice location, very nice host. We had an issue but they responded quickly. The room was bigger and nicer than expected and we even got a free upgrade when our original unit had some issues. Great view of the lake and pool from the main bedroom and the unit came with everything we needed including beach equipment. Would 100% stay here again, and reccomend to anyone looking for a quiet and private vacation spot.

The gated entrance is reassuring and gives a sense of safety and security. There was also a well put together binder with a lot of helpful information about the area. The place (uncluding the outside area) was beautiful, comfortable, and quiet. Host is incredibly responsive. I loved the view from the windows! Many beaches to visit within 20 to 30 minutes. I would certainly stay again. A couple notes in case it's important to someone: 1. The shower head doesn't produce much water pressure and doesn't come out of the head correctly. It was sort of spattering in all directions. 2. There is no Snorkeling equipment as the listing suggests. Overall, it was a great short stay with wonderful hosts and, as stated earlier, I would stay again.

Additional rules
Quiet hours are 9pm to 7am. No loud or objectionable noises, or obnoxious odors, e.g. smoking in or around the building. Only private passenger vehicles are allowed (no vans, trucks, boats, campers, trailers, mobile homes etc.). No pets. Garbage/recycling must be placed inside the respective containers in the designated trash pen to the right of the building. No trash can be left outside a Unit's door. Abide by pool rules and discard trash in one of the 2 poolside bins. Maximum number of guests 4 persons, this number may not be exceeded even with a baby.
