You are just minutes from world-class Siesta Key beaches, premium shopping, and Sarasota’s finest dining!
The space
On 595 sqft living space with stunning lake- and golf course views, an open space living- and sleeping area, as well as a separate bathroom, awaits you. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, microwave, hotplate and coffee maker. Dishes, glasses, cutlery are provided for 4 people. The TV provides entertainment for everyone. The air-conditioning is installed with the highest standards. You also have access to free WLAN. A washer and a dryer are available in the laundry room on the same floor. The unit sleeps max 2 adults (king size bed) and a max of 2 children (sleeper couch).
Guest access
The Oaks is a private club. The club facilities are NOT accessible for the Windsor Lodge guests (Golf, Tennis, Fitness, Restaurants, Community Pools). The pool at the Windsor Lodge is solely for the Windsor Lodge guests though.

Very Important!!!
No business trucks are allowed into the community at weekends. So if you drive a business truck, you are not allowed in the community.
RVs and boats are also not allowed.
Other things to note
Unfortunately, we cannot provide shower gel, hair wash or conditioner.

To help you settle in well, we provide you with a basic supply of essential items. These include toilet paper, kitchen roll, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing powder and a small quantity of bin bags.

If you need more during your stay, you can buy additional supplies in nearby supermarkets.
For hygienic reasons, snorkeling equipment is not provided.

Our stay was just perfect! The location is excellent – everything is within easy reach, and yet it is pleasantly quiet. The accommodation was impeccably clean and very well maintained. We particularly liked the beautiful pool and the entire lovingly maintained complex. The beach chairs and parasol provided were a big plus, allowing us to enjoy our beach days in a completely relaxed way. Everything has been thought of. Many thanks to Birgit for the quick, friendly and straightforward communication. You feel well taken care of right from the start. We enjoyed our stay and would come back anytime. Absolutely recommend – 5 star!

Very comfortable and located 10 minutes from the event I was attending in Siesta Key. I enjoyed the pool. And thank you for the "welcome" snacks and wine...it was a nice touch.

The accommodation was easy to find and is a golf community with a guarded entrance. The entrance is under very beautiful oak trees (Oaks Club). The property is kept entirely in white and consists of several apartments with a communal pool. The hosts (342 Vacation Rentals), Birgit and Daniel were very easy to reach and immediately clarified problems or questions. The property is located in the northern part of Osprey directly on the N Tamiami Trail. The public beach on Siesta Key can be reached in about 15 minutes. We will be happy to book the accommodation again on occasion.

We had a little confusion at the gate when we first checked in but John, the guard, went out of his way to solve the problem with help from Brigit at 342 Vacation Rentals. The property is gorgeous, clean, safe and well worth the money. We look forward to staying there in the future.

    Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 7 am. No loud or disturbing noises. Only private passenger vehicles are allowed (no vans, trucks, boats, campers, trailers, caravans, etc.). No pets. Garbage must be disposed of in the appropriate containers in the trash can provided on the right side of the building. No garbage may be left outside the door of a residential unit. Follow the pool rules and throw the garbage in one of the 2 containers by the pool. For stays longer than 4 weeks, an intermediate cleaning is obligatory. This takes place every 4 weeks and is paid for by the guest. Maximum number of guests 4 persons, this number may not be exceeded even with a baby. In order to ensure that everything runs smoothly and for insurance reasons, we ask you to provide us with the full names, dates of birth and home addresses of all guests staying in the unit after booking.
