The "Serenity Retreat" with 3 BR, 2 BA is located close to Downtown Sarasota, beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, museums in the Indian Beach/Sapphire Shores neighborhood.
The master suite features a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a full size bed and shares the 2nd bath with the 3rd bedroom with a sleeper couch. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The living room invites you to relax and provides enough space for all guests to enjoy.

Conveniently located just a short drive to the area’s top beaches - 16 minutes to Lido Key, 23 minutes to Siesta Key, and 35 minutes to Anna Maria Island.
The pool heating service is available for an additional $100 per week, plus 13% tax. The pool will be heated to a comfortable 86°F (30°C). Please note that the pool is electrically heated and this service is optional. While we take every precaution to ensure the pool is heated to the specified temperature, weather conditions may affect the pool's heating efficiency.
Sound that is audible beyond the property lines of the vacation rental unit is regulated by Section 20-5(b) of the City Sound Ordinance and that violation of the Sound Ordinance could result in fines to the occupants.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide shower gel, hair wash or conditioner.
To help you settle in well, we provide you with a basic supply of essential items. These include toilet paper, kitchen roll, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing powder and a small quantity of trash bags.
If you need more during your stay, you can buy additional supplies in nearby supermarkets.
For hygienic reasons, snorkeling equipment is not provided.
Another thing to note is that due to Florida having a tropical climate, there are tropical insects, amphibians, etc.
The space is treated regularly for pests however, you may come across a palmetto bug, mosquitos, nats, etc.
During storms, we tend to find that insects and other critters like mice can
and will invade spaces to escape the rain. While we do take precautions to keep these critters out, it is sometimes out of our control and they may sneak in.

Other things to note
You are vacationing in a residential neighborhood. Please be a good neighbor by not making excessive noise or engaging in boisterous behavior, especially after 11:00 pm. The house is perfect for a relaxing vacation with many nice small touches. The hosts were responsive to our inquiries and even had an item we inquired about delivered to the house. I loved the soaking tub, the pool was used every day and we appreciated the clean as new bbq grill. A bonus surprise that thrilled us all— within a couple blocks of the home there is a beautiful, wild pride of peacocks and peahens that roam the neighborhood. We got a beautiful show every time we drove out of the neighborhood! We would definitely rent there again and recommend to others.

Additional rules
Important: For stays of more than 4 weeks, an intermediate cleaning is obligatory for the tenant every 4 weeks. This will be charged to the guest. The maximum occupancy of the house is 6 people (including children and babies). A maximum of 2 cars may be parked on the property. In order to ensure that everything runs smoothly and for insurance reasons, we ask you to provide us with the full names, dates of birth and home addresses of all guests staying in the house after booking.
