Conveniently located just a short drive to the area’s top beaches - 16 minutes to Lido Key, 23 minutes to Siesta Key, and 35 minutes to Anna Maria Island.
The pool heating service is available for an additional $100 per week, plus 13% tax. The pool will be heated to a comfortable 86°F (30°C). Please note that the pool is electrically heated and this service is optional. While we take every precaution to ensure the pool is heated to the specified temperature, weather conditions may affect the pool's heating efficiency.
Other things to note
You are vacationing in a residential neighborhood. Please be a good neighbor by not making excessive noise or engaging in boisterous behavior, especially after 11:00 pm. Such behavior can deprive your neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their homes.Sound that is audible beyond the property lines of the vacation rental unit is regulated by Section 20-5(b) of the City Sound Ordinance and that violation of the Sound Ordinance could result in fines to the occupants.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide shower gel, hair wash or conditioner.
To help you settle in well, we provide you with a basic supply of essential items. These include toilet paper, kitchen roll, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing powder and a small quantity of trash bags.
If you need more during your stay, you can buy additional supplies in nearby supermarkets.
For hygienic reasons, snorkeling equipment is not provided.
The maximum occupancy of 6 persons may not be exceeded. Children and babies count as a full person.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The owner was incredibly kind and always responded quickly, and the pool and screened-in porch were definitely our favorite parts of the house. We would absolutely stay here again!

This place is amazing—very clean, beautiful, and has such a peaceful and harmonious atmosphere. It offers easy access to everything, including beaches, restaurants, children’s activities, entertainment, and the airport. The host was extremely responsive, attentive, and always easy to reach. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place!

Great home to stay in! Me and my visited Sarasota as we are relocating there and staying in this home made us want to move there even more! My kids loved the pool. We actually arrived into town earlier than expected and they let us check in a few hours early with no issues whatsoever!

Important: For stays of more than 4 weeks, an intermediate cleaning is obligatory for the tenant every 4 weeks. This will be charged to the guest. The maximum occupancy of the house is 6 people (including children and babies). A maximum of 2 cars may be parked on the property. In order to ensure that everything runs smoothly and for insurance reasons, we ask you to provide us with the full names, dates of birth and home addresses of all guests staying in the house after booking. Important Notice regarding Pool & Lawn Maintenance: Pool & Lawn Care Access: To keep our property beautiful and safe for you, please note that our professional pool service and lawn care teams require regular access to the backyard and pool area during your stay.
