Welcome to Villa Flamingo, a charming 3-bedroom (2 Queen Size Beds and 2 Twin Size Beds), 2-bathroom pet-friendly retreat in peaceful South Venice, Florida—just an 8-minute bike ride to Manasota Key Beach. Whether you're here to relax, explore, or soak up the sun, this home offers everything you need for a laid-back Gulf Coast stay.

Inside, enjoy a bright and open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and comfortable bedrooms. Two full bathrooms make it ideal for families or small groups.

Step outside to your private screened-in pool with optional heating, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and a fully fenced backyard—perfect for both kids and pets to play safely. The covered lanai provides shade for lounging or dining outdoors.

For the adventurous, Villa Flamingo provides 4 bicycles for guest use (use at your own risk), making it easy to explore nearby beaches, parks, and bike trails.

Whether you're relaxing by the pool, biking to the coast, or spending time with your pet, Villa Flamingo is your ideal Florida getaway.

Other things to note

The pool heat is optional and will be charged with USD 100.00 per week plus 13% taxes with a pool heater setting to 86°F. Please let us know if you want the pool heated with your booking so we can make sure to have it heated upon your arrival.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide shower gel, hair wash or conditioner.

To help you settle in well, we provide you with a basic supply of essential items. These include toilet paper, kitchen roll, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing powder and a small quantity of bin bags.

If you need more during your stay, you can buy additional supplies in nearby supermarkets.
For hygienic reasons, snorkeling equipment is not provided.

Another thing to note is that due to Florida having a tropical climate, there are tropical insects, amphibians, etc.
The space is treated regularly for pests however, you may come across a palmetto bug, mosquitos, nats, etc.
During storms, we tend to find that insects and other critters like mice can
and will invade spaces to escape the rain. While we do take precautions to keep these critters out, it is sometimes out of our control and they may sneak in.
