Other things to note
Unfortunately, we cannot provide shower gel, hair wash or conditioner.To help you settle in well, we provide you with a basic supply of essential items. These include toilet paper, kitchen roll, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing powder and a small quantity of bin bags.
If you need more during your stay, you can buy additional supplies in nearby supermarkets.
For hygienic reasons, snorkeling equipment is not provided.
Another thing to note is that due to Florida having a tropical climate, there are tropical insects, amphibians, etc.
The space is treated regularly for pests however, you may come across a palmetto bug, mosquitos, nats, etc.
During storms, we tend to find that insects and other critters like mice can
and will invade spaces to escape the rain. While we do take precautions to keep these critters out, it is sometimes out of our control and they may sneak in.

Our stay at Birgit and Daniel’s home was absolutely perfect for my wife, daughter, our dog, and me. This charming, peaceful escape had everything — a sparkling pool, relaxing hot tub, and a tranquil pond with a fountain where we enjoyed feeding the koi carp. The property was spotless, quiet, and private, yet less than a mile from Manasota Beach, about 15 minutes from Venice, and 40 minutes from Siesta Key. Birgit was incredibly responsive, and when the washing machine needed attention, Daniel came over in less than 30 minutes to fix it — friendly and helpful the entire time. We loved watching turtles, a blue heron, and egrets right from the hot tub. Great value, beautiful setting, and the perfect slice of paradise in the Englewood-Venice area. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at the Manasota Beach House, thank you so much! The property itself is amazing, including a pond with turtles, kois, and other kinds of fish. The house is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. So clean and very well equipped. Everything you need for a perfect vacation .The bed was super comfy! Plenty of room for a family, beach equipment , even infant equipment if needed. The screened in pool area with the hot tub is outstanding. 2 minutes drive to the beach, do I need to say more :-) Another aspect that made our stay truly exceptional was the outstanding hospitality provided by the rental house staff. From the moment I made the booking, their communication and responsiveness were impeccable. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was taken care of. We enjoyed our stay so much we only went to the beach once, not because of the weather. We so enjoyed just hanging out here. It has everything ! Can not wait to come back.

My husband and I wanted a quiet and peaceful getaway with our pup to celebrate our 22nd Anniversary. What we got was exactly that-- very serene, private, quiet and peaceful weekend. We loved the pool and jacuzzi and the private pond view. We loved the relaxability of the family room and kitchen and master bedroom. We had one issue that was addressed immediately without hesitation from Birgit and Daniel. I would absolutely recommend and return!!

Additional rules
Important: For stays of more than 4 weeks, an intermediate cleaning is obligatory for the tenant every 4 weeks. This will be charged to the guest. The maximum occupancy of the house is 4 people (including children and babies). A maximum of 2 cars may be parked on the property. Poolheat charges 100$+13% Tax per week In order to ensure that everything runs smoothly and for insurance reasons, we ask you to provide us with the full names, dates of birth and home addresses of all guests staying in the house after booking.
