Inside, the home features a well-equipped kitchen with brand-new stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher — making meal prep a breeze. Enjoy bright, open living spaces and all the essentials you need for a worry-free stay.
Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, you're just minutes from grocery stores, local dining, and a variety of nearby attractions.
Whether you’re planning a beach getaway, a longer stay, or a peaceful work-from-home escape, the Manasota Beach House is your private paradise on Florida’s Gulf Coast.
To help you settle in well, we provide you with a basic supply of essential items. These include toilet paper, kitchen roll, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing powder and a small quantity of bin bags.
If you need more during your stay, you can buy additional supplies in nearby supermarkets.
For hygienic reasons, snorkeling equipment is not provided.
Another thing to note is that due to Florida having a tropical climate, there are tropical insects, amphibians, etc.
The space is treated regularly for pests however, you may come across a palmetto bug, mosquitos, nats, etc.
During storms, we tend to find that insects and other critters like mice can
and will invade spaces to escape the rain. While we do take precautions to keep these critters out, it is sometimes out of our control and they may sneak in.

Important: For stays of more than 4 weeks, an intermediate cleaning is obligatory for the tenant every 4 weeks. This will be charged to the guest. The maximum occupancy of the house is 4 people (including children and babies). A maximum of 2 cars may be parked on the property. Poolheat charges 100$+13% Tax per week In order to ensure that everything runs smoothly and for insurance reasons, we ask you to provide us with the full names, dates of birth and home addresses of all guests staying in the house after booking.
