Villa Matthew Court, 3BR/2BA, private electrically heated pool, 2.7 miles from Siesta Key. Fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, 1800 sq.ft. living space. The electrically-heated pool is surrounded by a huge, caged deck area which offers plenty of space to relax, play, sunbathe and BBQ. TVs in the master bedroom, second bedroom and living room. Wireless highspeed internet access is included.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide shower gel, hair wash or conditioner.
For hygienic reasons, snorkeling equipment is not provided.
Other things to note
The pool heat is optional and will be charged with USD 100.00 per week plus 13% taxes with a pool heater setting to 86°F. Please let us know if you want the pool heated with your booking so we can make sure to have it heated upon your arrival.Unfortunately, we cannot provide shower gel, hair wash or conditioner.

Additional rules
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. It is the guests duty to take all of their trash and recycling out to the curbside for pick-up the evening before collection day and back in, when emptied. In case guests do not get their garbage and recycling collected, we will charge a fee of USD 100.00 for extraordinary removal.
