Point of View is a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the 6th floor of the gated Terra Ceia Bay Golf & Tennis Club. Enjoy stunning bay and golf course views from the screened balcony, plus a spacious living area and fully equipped kitchen. Accommodating up to 4 guests, the condo includes free WiFi, TVs, in-unit laundry, and beach gear. Guests can relax by the community pool and enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets in a peaceful resort-style setting.

The space

Point of View offers a bright and open interior designed for comfort and relaxation. The living and dining area is filled with natural light and opens directly to the screened-in balcony, allowing guests to fully enjoy the stunning bay and golf course views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances and a breakfast bar, making meal preparation easy and enjoyable. Both bedrooms are comfortably furnished with quality bedding and ample storage. Two full bathrooms provide convenience for daily routines.
The private screened balcony is a highlight of the condo, offering a peaceful place to enjoy morning coffee or evening sunsets. A washer and dryer are located inside the unit for guest convenience. Access to the community pool and the beautifully landscaped grounds completes this inviting Florida retreat.

To help you settle in well, we provide you with a basic supply of essential items. These include toilet paper, kitchen roll, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing powder and a small quantity of bin bags.

If you need more during your stay, you can buy additional supplies in nearby supermarkets.
For hygienic reasons, snorkeling equipment is not provided.
