The space

Completely furnished studio with a wonderful view of the adjoining lake and the golf course behind it. On 680 sqft living space a living-, eating and sleeping area awaits you. The bathroom has 2 separate sinks, a walk-in shower, a toilet and a washing machine and dryer. The kitchenette includes dishwasher and refrigerator as well as granite countertops, two burner stove, microwave and Keurig coffeemaker. The Smart TV provides entertainment for everyone. The queen bed has a TempurPedic mattress and the sleeping sofa offers space for additional 2 people.

Guest access

The Oaks is a private club. The club facilities are NOT accessible for the Windsor Lodge guests (Golf, Tennis, Fitness, Restaurants, Community Pools). The pool at the Windsor Lodge is solely for the Windsor Lodge guests though.

Quiet hours are 9pm to 7am. No loud or objectionable noises, or obnoxious odors, e.g. smoking in or around the building. Only private passenger vehicles are allowed (no vans, trucks, boats, campers, trailers, mobile homes etc.). No pets. Garbage/recycling must be placed inside the respective containers in the designated trash pen to the right of the building. No trash can be left outside a Unit's door. Abide by pool rules and discard trash in one of the 2 poolside bins. Maximum number of guests 4 persons, this number may not be exceeded even with a baby.
