The space

Light and bright, furnished apartment with a wonderful view of the adjoining lake and the golf course from your private balcony. On 623 sqft living space a separate bedroom with king size bed, living - dining room, kitchenette with stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machine. The bathroom has a big walk-in shower, a toilet, a sink and a washing machine and dryer. There are 3 TVs and highspeed internet. The unit accommodates 2 adults and 2 children.

Guest access

The Oaks is a private club. The club facilities are NOT accessible for the Windsor Lodge guests (Golf, Tennis, Fitness, Restaurants, Community Pools). The pool at the Windsor Lodge is solely for the Windsor Lodge guests though.

Quiet hours are 9pm to 7am. No loud or objectionable noises, or obnoxious odors, e.g. smoking in or around the building. Only private passenger vehicles are allowed (no vans, trucks, boats, campers, trailers, mobile homes etc.). No pets. Garbage/recycling must be placed inside the respective containers in the designated trash pen to the right of the building. No trash can be left outside a Unit's door. Abide by pool rules and discard trash in one of the 2 poolside bins. Maximum number of guests 4 persons, this number may not be exceeded even with a baby.
