On 623 sqft living space a separate bedroom with king size bed, living – dining room, kitchenette with stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machine. The bathroom has a big walk-in shower, a toilet, a sink and a washing machine and dryer. There are 3 TVs and highspeed internet. The unit accommodates 2 adults and 2 children.
The Oaks is a private club. The club facilities are NOT accessible for the Windsor Lodge guests (Golf, Tennis, Fitness, Restaurants, Community Pools). The pool at the Windsor Lodge is solely for the Windsor Lodge guests though.

Additional rules
Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 7 am. No loud or disturbing noises. Only private passenger vehicles are allowed (no vans, trucks, boats, campers, trailers, caravans, etc.). No pets. Garbage must be disposed of in the appropriate containers in the trash can provided on the right side of the building. No garbage may be left outside the door of a residential unit. Follow the pool rules and throw the garbage in one of the 2 containers by the pool. For stays longer than 4 weeks, an intermediate cleaning is obligatory. This takes place every 4 weeks and is paid for by the guest. Maximum number of guests 2 persons, this number may not be exceeded even with a baby.
