Fantastic 2BR/2BA Villa, Community Pool, Tennis. Just minutes to the beaches, shopping, and restaurants. Within the community, there is a clubhouse with library, pool table, a huge community pool with whirlpool, tennis court, putting green, BBQ area, and beautiful ponds and landscaping.

The space

There is a spacious living room with dining area and TV. Both bedrooms also feature a tv. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, dishes, glasses and much more. Washer and dryer are available and Internet/WLAN, as well as a telephone (local calls), are included in the rental rates. In addition, we provide beach chairs, umbrella, and cool box for our guests.

Other things to note

Unfortunately, we cannot provide shower gel, hair wash or conditioner.
For hygienic reasons, snorkeling equipment is not provided.

The townhouse was very clean, the perfect location and close to everything. The host made the entire process easy. A great place to stay.

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Trash: It is the guests duty to take all of their trash and recycling out to the curbside for pick-up the evening before collection day and back in, when emptied. In case guests do not get their garbage and recycling collected, we will charge a fee of USD 100.00 for extraordinary removal. Pets: Please ask for approval to bring your pet, if a pet is not registered with us before arrival and we find out during or after your stay, we will charge USD 500.00. Pets: Unfortunately due to 2 recent cases of guests letting their dogs pee and poo within the house on carpets, wood floors and pool decks, we have to add the following rule: If we find any pet poo/pee or its stains anywhere within the house, the garage or the pool area, we will charge USD 500.
