Our group of 9 really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment was much larger than expected, clean, and provided all that was needed for an easy stay. Nearly everything we did was within a 15 minute walk. If I return to Florence, I would definitely stay here again!

Good spot. Aggressive cleaners on check out day (arrived 45min before check out and would not leave until we left). One bathroom stopped working but overall good experience. Plenty of room for a group. Good location

the house is definitely beautiful, well located and well cared for. The only small pity is the two bathrooms where you could do some structural intervention to make them more efficient and perhaps modern by also changing the doors so as to ensure the right privacy. However, a positive experience

We loved this stay! The apartment was beautiful and very spacious! The downfall was it was really dusty and had a bad odor because of the old furniture. There was a lot of dust so if you’re allergic, beware! The bathrooms were not the best, the tub had so much mold surrounding it and in the walls. There was also no air conditioning in one of the bedrooms which was disappointing. Location wise 10/10, it was walkable to everything and in a great area! Thank you Francesca for being so responsive and all your assistance!

Very good experience, good location of the room, the host sent red wine and had multiple keys. , is that the room does not have an elevator, it is very tired to take a large suitcase.And the first floor has poor soundproofing, like sleeping on the street.It was still noisy at 2 am.

Nice and big apartment! Very clean well equipped. There was a book with a lot of information and recommendations and Francesca was easily accessible. The only thing that we didn't like was that the door to one of the toilets is almost transparent so you can see in when others are in the toilet or showering.

The host was always friendly and very affordable to give us all kinds of info. The remote opening is very comfortable because it facilitates arrival. She left us a welcome bottle of wine, a very appreciated detail. The rooms are very spacious. The apartment is in a great location in the center and everything is very close by on foot. As a less positive aspect, it's uncomfortable for me to have so many stairs. The bathrooms are very old and little water comes out in the showers and there are plugs that does not work. In those respects, it needs an update. Overall the stay was good as we were a big group and had enough space.

The location was good and our overall stay was great. I was a little surprised when we showed up that it looked like several separate apartments at one point that were combined into one Airbnb. Rooms were nice, but on all different levels and the stairs between them seemed like stairs in a shared apartment. Not necessarily bad, just unexpected. There weren't many photos online so it was a surprise when we got there about the layout, but it worked fine for our one night and our group.

This Florence home is very large and it was perfect for my family. We were greeted with a nice bottle of Chianti, which was such a sweet touch. Every bedroom is very distant from each other, tucked away in its own area. The location is amazing and everything you could possibly need is walking distance.

Fantastic stay! The apartment was beyond our expectations. Usually, places on this platform look less good in real life than they do on photos. This was for the first time the opposite - a beautiful apartment laid out on 3-4 stories with all that we needed, all the while being in a good location in the city. The host was also very nice and solved our needs when we had any. Would recommend!

Beautiful apartment in an amazing central location. The pictures don't fully do it justice! Situated super close to Ponte Vecchio and plenty of historic sites but still a lovely quiet apartment with some great restaurants around. We had a minor issue with the apartment and Francesca was responsive and sent someone out to check it quickly. The only drawback of the place is the amount of steps with no lift but we managed it just fine with a toddler and my mum on crutches. Would definitely recommend to friends and would stay again. Thank you Francesca!

Basically, the stay for one night was okay, but certainly not worth the money. I was in contact with Sea N Rent with Alex, Francesca and Nir - Francesca was super helpful and always wrote back quickly and Nir greeted us with open arms. On the other hand, Alex has made the process difficult: there was a number of people change that Francesca reported to the administration and confirmed to me that it does not incur any additional costs. On the other hand, with direct communication with Alex, we received an extra charge immediately (which we pay). I also have to assume that the management has about racing renovations in the immediate vicinity of your apartment and have not informed us about it. Around 6:30 in the morning, deafening drilling noises could be heard - practically uninterrupted. Early in the morning we left the house very quickly. Since the preparation of the house has lasted for so long, we would have expected more cleanliness.

The accommodation is in a great location and is convenient to get around in the center of Florence. Paid parking very close by. The house is definitely beautiful, although it would need renovation and bleaching. The girl who welcomed us at check-in polite and helpful. Unfortunately, at the agreed time they had not finished cleaning yet, so we entered late. For such an apartment (which has great potential) and given the price, we would like more precautions.

Location, location, and location. Easy to walk from and around Florence and restaurants. Close to train station, and major attractions. My only gripe is the apartment needs updating, rooms were clean but - apartment is very dated and bathrooms were small, old and could use a major renovation and cleaning. Only 3/4 rooms had air conditioning. Living room has no windows ( not an issue for us). Apartment is 3 floors up by stairs, and. Inside is also 3 floors. Kitchen is well equipped but… again very dated and could use some serious floor to ceiling cleaning. Overall if you need an apartment for 10 ppl close to the city this fits the bill. But if you want a comfortable apartment to come home to after a long day out - which was my goal- it didn’t pass the test.

This was in a great location. We did know it was multilevel, but not that there were multiple flights of stairs to get up to our floor with not elevator and 8 people with bags (2 were senior citizens and 2 were small kids) so it was tough. It is spacious and most bedrooms have air conditioning.

Location was great! Right next to bridge where people gathered each night at sunset. Plenty of space for our family of five. Stairway to third floor was fine for us but tough when you are arriving with bags. AC was out the first day but quickly fixed and worked perfect the rest of our stay. Street behind us was nosy at night but we expected that staying in the city. Overall very good experience.

Loved the location! We were able to walk everywhere. It is located on a busy street so noise was an issue for some of our family members. There are a lot of stairs as each of the four bedrooms is on a different floor and there are many stairs to get inside the place to start off. We stayed in the top bedroom which was equivalent to climbing 5 or 6 flights of stairs! It is a very spacious place.

Excellent location and nice place, recommended, but we attended nine people as confirmed in the reservation and they had service for eight. We had to look for sheets for the sofa bed and they were dirty and smelled bad as well as sharing towels for the bathroom. It was unpleasant and they didn't offer any solutions on it.

Very spacious and clean accommodation. Located in the center near Ponte Vecchio. Beautiful volumes, we were 9 and were able to share our meals, the rooms are spacious and the different levels allow everyone to have their living space. Francesca was very welcoming and very attentive.

Location, location, location! Very central. Enjoyed our two-night stay. The bed rooms are nice with a good-sized living area. Please note that the bed rooms are on slightly different levels so there are some stairs involved. That was not an issue for us as we were a family group of 7 adults. Also, note that you will need to lug you luggage up two flights of stairs. Having said that, we had a very comfortable stay indeed. All the sights are within a few minutes walking distance.

The apartment is spacious with four bedrooms on four different levels. It was an ideal place for our multi-generational family get together. The location is hard to beat being just 50 meters from the river. It’s less than 5 minutes walk from Ponte Vecchio and 10-15 minutes from the Duomo.

Location location location! You must stay here for the ideal Florence experience. It was convenient to be able to be within 15 minutes of the apartment everywhere we went. The rooms and beds are very comfortable and as a family of 7, we each felt we had enough space. If you or someone in your party might have an issue with stairs or noise, I would advise noise cancelling headphones and being ready for the top floor of a gorgeous building.

This space is great for a group of 4-6 who is looking to spread out to each have private space but with some great common areas. Location can't be beat and the service from Scott and Daniele was top notch. Our only complaints were that all the electrical outlets were extremely outdated (the most ancient of Italian outlets that have hard-to-find adaptors and not usable for European or modern 3-prong Italian converters), the washing machine didn't work, and small things like dishwasher tablets or soap were scarce or non-existent so it can be tricky to buy basic home items for short stays. However if you're spending most time out of the home, it's a great location and beautiful historical space. I think with some updates to electric/appliances/amenities it can be a top choice stay for all.

What a wonderful apartment and location! We were so happy to be so close to a nice coffee bar, restaurant and salumari with house made yogurt, the Arno and Ponte Vecchio. Our family had plenty of room to be together and enjoy quiet time. The space was bright and sunny with nice bedrooms. All was perfectly clean.

Scott’s place is simply stunning and in the best part of town. Tons of great wine bars and restaurants within minutes walk. This was a very last minute booking for our group after a canceled flight. Scott’s manager met us upon our arrival, less than an hour after we booked might I add! They then were able to locate a baby crib for us last minute. Outstanding hospitality. Would highly recommend a stay here!
