Beautiful apartment in the absolute heart of Florence. We couldn't believe how great the location was! We were there in the heat of Summer but the air-conditioning kept us cool. My children loved the secret room and rooftop views of the city. Clear communication and very responsive host, I highly recommend this apartment.

Fantastic apartment SO close to everything. Our family of 4 loved this apartment. The location could not be better, a pedestrianised street 1 minute from the Duomo. Restaurant downstairs (which was amazing!) but perfectly silent in the apartment. We loved the secret room upstairs. Beds and bathroom was great, I literally cannot fault a single thing. Host was very responsive and helpful. I would 100% stay here again.

The location of Francesca’s place is unbeatable-it’s literally around the corner from the Cathedral and within walking distance to all the important sites. There is an excellent steak restaurant right downstairs. Although you have to walk up some stairs to get to the apartment, they are very manageable and absolutely worth it when you see the view from the unit. The kitchen is well stocked with the essentials, they even provided laundry detergent for the washer which is very helpful. Although the apartment is right in the middle of everything, it is surprisingly quiet. We were able to get very good sleep after long days of sightseeing. Highly recommend!

Charming place! We were able to bring our kids (2 and 4) and had plenty of space for all of us. My son loved the upper levels he could explore, and we appreciated the A/C units and the responsive host. Only downside is that the stair walk up is no joke- but you’re warned in advance what you’re signing up for. All in all a great stay!

Everything is fabulous, the only problem is that it is up to the top floor of the building and does not have an elevator, so when going with suitcases it is very difficult and heavy to climb

Convenient location right next to the Cathedral of Saint Mary of the Flower. Clear instructions are provided for self check-in and luggage drop-off nearby. Basically, everything is equipped within the flat. Also, the secret area do surprises us.

Amazing stay. First time in Florence and this location is right by the main areas of the city. The bedroom is very nice and its extra beds are comfortable. Having the second floor portion did help spread the unit. It can definitely hold 5 people with ease. The upstairs views was a nice hidden gem of a feature. My only note that I could give to the place is that the primary bedroom does not a have dark curtains. So if you aren’t a morning person, you may get some sun in the morning. Other than that, great place.

Location location location! This lovely Florence apartment was right in the heart of the city. 3 min walk from The Duomo and amazing restaurants all around. We (2 adults and 2kids 10&12 yrs) stayed for 5 nights. It was a charming, old Florence apartment. The place was neat and tidy. Fresh clean linen and towels. The floor was semi clean upon our arrival. The bathroom was clean, but the shower recess and wall was stained. There is no lift, but the stairs suffice and give you a good workout after eating all the delicious pizza and aperol spritz! The air conditioning was perfect after walking the city during the hot summer days. Overall we would stay here again. Fantastic location. Host was responsive and effectively communicated check in/out etc and answered questions in a timely manner. Grazie Sea n Rent and Francesca!

We had a wonderful stay at Francesca's. A great location, quick walk the duomo, museums, amazing restaurants and cafes; legit, everything was within walking distance. Francesca was very responsive and provided some excellent dining options. Her home was clean, comfortable and provided a wonderful base for my family. There is even a loft overlooking the rooftops and Duomo. Highly recommend!

This is such a cute place with UNBEATABLE location. Our family of 4 felt right at home and had plenty of room for our stay. When we had a question arise a quick text to the host solved everything. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when back in Florence.

Amazing location. They provided a helpful book with info on restaurants etc. Great unit, my kids thought the secret room as well as the loft made it the best place they’ve been. Only negative is the stairs. Very hard with and without luggage. I would stay again but with only a carry on size suitcase for each of us.

Overall had a really nice stay here in Florence! We really appreciated how responsive & helpful the hosts were. We needed a few things throughout our stay like toilet paper, & Francesca was always kind enough to drop off more supplies. The location is also great, only a 5 min walk from the Duomo & many restaurants/stores, about a 15 min walk from the train station. The apartment is just off a busy street but the noise doesn’t reach the room. The only slight negatives are the neighbors can be a bit noisy, especially if you’re sleeping in the loft; there were quite a few spiders/bugs in the apartment; and the wifi doesn’t reach the bedroom well. Other than that it was a great for our group of 4! Would recommend staying here to easily explore the city.

The location was amazing - right in the heart of all of the action. The property was as described and fit our needs and our budget well. The property manager was very responsive and flexible as they helped accommodate a semi-complicated checkin that we presented them with. They were also very responsive with a minor maintenance issue that we encountered, and they addressed the issue right away. Overall, it was a great experience!

Right in the mix of all things Firenze yet the walk up (a big one!) to the top floor made it quiet. The secret gift is the small room that gives you a view of the duomo at night. My only negative would be that the exterior door was open most of the time due to a trattoria on the ground level using a lower level for storage and the gate midway up the stairwell did not lock. I was with friends but I think if I were traveling alone, this would have made me nervous.

We loved our stay here, and the location was perfect. Short walk to most things you need in Florence - and about a half block from the Duomo. The apartment was very nice inside, and had some cool views to surrounding rooftops. I would recommend!

This place was really gorgeous. The special thing about it is how the owner hasn’t tried to update it to much but has all the modern conveniences including a washer and dishwasher. But you better like climbing stairs! There’s a little secret crows nest that is the best part of the entire apartment because you get a birds eye view of a gorgeous church roof. The kitchen was fully stocked with toaster, microwave, tea kettle, fridge, iron and ironing board as well as clothes dryer. The bathroom was spacious but the shower was a little cramped. My kids stayed in the loft and they had a very nice time up there. The TV also had Netflix and Amazon something I didn’t see any of our other rentals which was great. The location was central and convenient but the restaurants were not great on that street as they are more like tourist traps. So you have to walk a bit! The hosts were gracious and even left us a bottle of wine! Everything was great.

We loved our stay. The bed was very comfortable which says a lot in Italy. The secret room with panoramic views was just incredible and we took advantage of our time and enjoyed wine with a sunset. The bathroom was large and very clean. The sofa was not comfortable, it's a sofa bed ( we did not use) and the bar goes right across the seat . In the pictures it looks like you sink in, but you don't. We were out in the city most days and nights so this wasn't an issue for us. Absolutely would stay here again. Very comfortable and beautiful. Amazing location

You can't ask for a better location! Centrally located, a 10-minute walk from the train station, and the Duomo is right outside the apartment. The view from the apartment rooftop was amazing! I would offer just one word of caution: the apartment is on the top floor, and there are a LOT of steps to climb. If you are OK with that, I would highly recommend up to four people staying here. Note that there is a pull out sofa bed for a fifth person, but it's not comfortable. My adult son used it, and by the 3rd day, he had a sore neck and back ache sleeping on it. Lastly, I want to mention that the hosts were very communicative and easily accessible when we had questions.

My stay at this beautiful apartment definitely made my trip to Florence even better! The place looked even better than the pictures, and it’s pretty big! Everything was spotless clean and the views from the attic are gorgeous. It’s extremely central with basically less than a minute walk to the duomo. Tons of restaurants, shops and attractions around! I found the touch of a complimentary red wine bottle and the coffee capsules for the machine very nice! One small thing is that the Wi-Fi in the bedroom didn’t connect as well as in the living room, but it didn’t affect the stay at all. I’ll definitely book here again and I can really recommend it to anyone!

We had a lovely stay in this perfect located apartment, very close to the Duomo. Everything from check-in to aircondition and wifi was good and the communication with the host was really easy. A big plus for the little hidden terrace with a great view! Would absolutely recommend staying here if going to Florence :-)

Super central surrounded by shops and restaurants and right around the corner from the Duomo. Could not have been more perfectly positioned for a weekend in Florence. Communication was really good. We checked in slightly later than planned and had a little difficulty opening the door, but they had a genius remote door opening system which was a saviour. The apartment is comfortable. Really good for 4 people. Well equipped. Even had nice soaps and shower gel. Kitchen had everything we needed, and more. Lovely views of the roof tops. Would highly recommend. Thank you for making our stay so ideal.

Our stay was excellent. There were quite a few flights of stairs but it was worth it. Very close to many attractions. It was great for our family of five. Use of washer was amazing with drying rack included. Pull out bed was comfortable for our teenage son. We were met personally for check-in. Communication was great with quick response time. Check out was able to be flexible even accommodating our baggage after check out.

We had a great stay. The location is amazing, right in the thick of everything, but the unit is quiet and tucked towards the back. Best of both worlds. The apartment had everything we needed and more and was very comfortable- the A/C was strong and we slept very well. Lots of towels and great water pressure in the shower. We all loved the cupola - amazing views of two Brunelleschi domes!! There are a few steps to climb - this unit was on the 5th floor. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely ridiculously good location! You are so close to the duomo and a lot of great food/shopping is all around. AC and Wi-Fi work great! It is several flights of stairs, which can be challenging for little kids and a very small shower, even for European standards.

Old world charm in the heart of Florence with fantastic views. We enjoyed our time here and the A/C was a big help during the heat wave. The space is suitable for a family of 4. However, the apartment does need some more attention to the plumbing and upkeep. We stayed for 5 nights and the apartment had limited supplies. The communication for us was lacking and as guests, we felt like we fell through the cracks. We are assuming from past reviews that this is not typical of this rental. When we received an invoice with incorrect names on it, we were sure that we were overlooked. The value for us was not there. This is still a charming space in an incredible location.

Scott was a great host and even though he was out of town while we were there, he went out of his way to keep us very well informed and updated. Check in and out couldn’t have went more smoothly. His representative was very helpful and accommodating with us due to arriving on a later train. The accommodations were ideally located, utterly charming with amazing spaces, very clean and nicely appointed. Everything about the place and location made us feel like we were not just temporary visitors but residents of this wonderful city. Really wonderful place!

Welcome to the heart of Florence! Right in the middle of where you want to be, this apartment has everything you need and want and is very stylish. It has such a great location right on a lively street but once you enter the door to the apartment it is so quiet and you can’t hear any noise. It’s pretty amazing! The views from this apartment are lovely and don’t miss the little hidden sitting area up top! The stylish details and decor are so cute- we would stay here again! The communication with the host made it super easy as well. Perfect for our family of four!

Absolutely lovely place with views and perfect location! Stylish interiors, plus check in was made very easy by Scott’s team and they were very accommodative & Scott was quick to respond at every step! They even left us a bottle of wine & some coffee - very thoughtful! Very secure apartment & right next to the Duomo - walking distance to every place around! The apartment is on the 3rd floor so a little climb up - but not a problem at all! Especially after all the pizzas and gelato! Scott’s team very kindly helped us up with the luggage too. Highly recommended and we will definitively be back here if in Florence! Thanks a lot!

This place was clean and exactly as advertised. It was nice to have air conditioning because it was still hot in Florence in early September! Scott always communicated promptly. Daniele checked us in early because we arrived to Florence earlier than the standard check in time, which we really appreciated. They gave us a welcome bottle of wine, which was a thoughtful touch. I’d recommend staying here!

Beautiful flat located on the fourth floor with a nice view. It is really well located, two minutes walk from the Duomo. This place has air conditioning, the beds are really comfortable, the master bedroom is big and well equipped with lots of storage. The mezzanine has two single beds that we used for our kids. In the living area you will also find a could out bed. The kitchen has the essentials but who wants to cook while in Italy...right? But the best of all was the availability of Scott and Daniele to respond quickly to any questions we had. I highly recommend this flat
