Beautiful clean upper level apartment in the heart of Florence. This place was exactly as pictured. Even though it was in the heart of all the Florence action , it was extremely quiet. Air conditioning was a must with my family of 8 and this apartment was sooo comfortable and cool after long hot days exploring the area. Very walkable to all tours and attractions as well as 10 quick minutes to the train station. The host was very responsive with any questions I had. The only downside was the 3 flights of stairs to reach the apartment but we managed. Would definitely recommend this beautiful upper level Airbnb to anyone wanting to stay in Florence!

EXCEPTIONAL location with a really great, large layout. Literally walk outside and you are in the most desired part of the whole city, we never took a taxi once. The fact that this place had 3 bathrooms was also quite nice. Every room had an ac unit which is very necessary in the summer months. My only frustration, like most guests, is the multi floor walk up which is not to be taken lightly. Luckily, we were a young group and managed well enough but it's definitely something to consider if you're coming with a lot of luggage and don't have help. that being said, you really cant expect to find anywhere that central with an elevator and that much charm so accept this as the tradeoff and you're good.

Our family of 6 had a wonderful week here! <3 (5 adults and a 1 year old) Space : There was plenty of space for all of us. And a crib already set up for the little one. And the beds were big and comfy. Location : It's in a bit of a touristy location. But walkable to everything that's touristy and not. We were able to walk to all corners of Florence from here. Noise: Very quiet! Thick walls and the third floor made it a peaceful escape from the crowds of Florence. Highlights : the terrace off the back bed room for a glass or wine or coffee. Epic views! The stairs : As stated - there are stairs involved :) Good work out with bags. But not a dealbreaker. Would we come back?: 100% loved the space. Thank you!

Nice apartment right in the heart of the main tourist attractions. Great place for 5 adults and 2 kids - comfortable sleeping arrangements, 3 small bathrooms and a nicely furnished living space. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Only downside is that there isn’t much of a view from the living room. Overall, a great place and I would stay again.

The location was perfectly situated and surprisingly very quiet given the location. We were party of 8 and it worked well for us. The place was clean and as expected . We did not cook in the apartment so I cannot comment on the amenities. Great place in the heart of Florence!

In the center of Florence, where you can walk every where you need to go in the distance. Nice and cozy apartment. Very responsive host. No elevator . Prepare to walk up the stairs with small luggage and 6 minutes to walk from the garage .

The homestay is not far from the station, and it is also very close.The walk is very convenient, and the host is also very welcoming. We inform the location and agree to early check-in.The only problem is that it is a little inconvenient for the B&B to have luggage when checking in and leaving on the highest floor of the floor.Everything else is perfect

Such a great spot for our group of 7 to explore Florence. Centrally located with easy and beautiful walks to anything in the city center. Easy walk to the train station to get to the airport or out to any of the Tuscan towns.

Gorgeous apartment right in the center of Florence! We had a smooth check in process and the host was very communicative. Perfect for a large group or family! Our only challenge was our adapters fitting into the outlets. We needed multiple types of adapters and only some outlets worked with certain appliances/electronics. It is a walk up with multiple floors of stairs. This was not a problem for our group but something to keep in mind when traveling with heavy luggage and/or people who may struggle with walk ups.

AMAZING STAY! Francesca’s apartment is a hidden gem! We only stayed for two night but felt right at home. The location is right in the heart of local attractions yet the home is quiet and comfortable - a peaceful retreat after a full day of sightseeing. The photos hardly do it justice as it was even better in person. We found it quite spacious for our group of 5. Check in was easy with our local host Francesca meeting us upon arrival. The apartment was extremely tidy and well equipped. Francesca was very responsive and helpful providing us with many recommendations and information on the area. We would absolutely stay here again and really appreciate Francesca’s hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment. Despite the heat-wave, the air-conditioning kept us cool. The host was responsive, proactive, helpful and friendly. Can't beat the location! Great restaurant below and everything you want to see in Florence is nearby. Highly recommended!

The location of this apartment is really great if your looking to be in the heart of Florence. Just steps from the Duomo, tons of great restaurants, easy to walk to the station and other sights as well. We appreciated the working air con as it was hot already getting quite hot in Florence. The apartment was clean and stocked. Only cons IMO we’re the beds not being the comfiest especially the upstairs loft and you definitely need to be willing to trek up a lot of stairs to get inside. Overall would recommend or staying her again!

Great place to stay! Booked for six people and overall we had an amazing time. Only noteworthy things to consider is that the unit feels smaller than in the photos and that we had some drain issue with 2 of our showers, but 1 was totally fine.

I really loved this apartment, perfect location close to everything, restaurants are right outside but the apartment remains quiet, lots of room 3 bathrooms, Excellent water pressure, lastly our flight was cancelled due to a strike and we were stranded in Florence and they were able to quickly accommodate us for an extra night, would definitely stay again!

Our stay was excellent. The place is walking distance to everything you would want to experience in Florence. The Duomo, Realto Bridge, shopping, and wonderful eateries. We were a family of 8 and the accommodations were perfect. 3 bathrooms were nice to have for our large group. The place was very clean and accommodated us all comfortably.

Really a perfect place to stay. Located on a pedestrian- only street filled with great restaurants and 1/2 block from the Duomo, 3 blocks from L’Accademia (which houses David), thus place is larger than it looks in photographs! The kitchen and living area was great! We would stay again in a second!

Artsy apartment in the heart of Florence. This apartment is a one minute walk to the Duomo and located perfectly to walk to any of the sites in Florence. Well appointed apartment with awesome character. Our family of 6 loved the coziness of the apartment while we all had plenty of room. 3 full baths was an additional bonus. Walk out the door to restaurants and nightlife. You cannot beat this location. Absolute gem and highly recommended.

Very quiet (which is amazing given prime, busy location!), spacious unit that is just as advertised. Hosts were communicative and flexible, and there were some nice “extras” (a steam iron, hair dryers, etc.) that made the stay extra comfortable.

Beautiful apartment in the perfect location. There was plenty of hot water for all 8 of us to shower and the AC was adequate for the hot nights. The only exception might be to the loft, but a fan was provided to help cool it down. The beauty and location of the apartment make the multiple flights of stairs worth it!

This apartment is absolutely beautiful and in such a prime location. It’s close to the Duomo and all the other major sites you may want to see in Florence. The view from the terrace is gorgeous. There are quite a few stairs, so be sure to check the listing for that if you’re carrying heavy suitcases. I enjoyed the little workout so I didn’t mind!

Beautiful unit but A LOT of steps to go up. Wouldn’t recommend with multiple suitcases. The door jammed and locked us in while we were there but the host was very responsive. Also bring bug spray if traveling in May!

Zaks place is in the perfect location in the heart of the city. The place has a beautiful balcony and the place is super clean. Few things to consider is to make sure you can carry your luggage 4 stories up the stair. The bathrooms felt very cramped but manageable. Overall a good experience but the definitely a workout to get in and out of the apartment

This place is fantastic if you want to be in the heart of everything! We didn't realize how centrally located this spot was until we arrived. It is right next to Medici chapel, which you have a beautiful view of from the balcony. On the same street you have an awesome grocery store (which sells beer/wine), coffee shop, gelato shop and lots of fantastic restaurants. Everything is right at your disposal. On a couple of nights, we were so tired and hungry after putting the kids to bed, so we ordered food from the restaurant below and they brought everything up to our apartment, dishes at all. Nice to be able to have a fantastic meal and enjoy in the privacy of your home while the kids sleep! We shared the space with another family (4 young kids in total) and it was perfect! There are 3 bathrooms with showers which was great, no rushing to free up bathrooms in the morning. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The loft was a hit with the kids. They have roped off the banister so no concerns with the kids trying to squeeze through the railings. The apartment was very clean and well decorated, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking while enjoying coffee in the morning and wine at night. It's a 10 minute walk to the train station which made for easy day tripping. The host was very responsive and responded to messages with lightening speed. Highly recommend this place!

As of 01 Aug, it was HOT HOT HOT inside the apartment. The Air conditioning is NOT WORKING. At the hottest part of summer, this apartment is terrible without any air conditioning! Sweaty, mostly sleepless nights. One day when the owners fix the four broken units and find the missing remote controls, this will once again be a good apartment at a fantastic location steps aeay from the Duomo.

NOT HAPPY. The place is nice and the location is amazing but the AC did NOT work which was incredibly difficult to deal with in the middle of a July Tuscan heat wave. Reached out for help and was told: “The technician, unfortunately today he can’t come because he have some problem at his own car and is impossible for him to came. He will be there tomorrow morning” Tomorrow morning was my checkout day so this option was irrelevant to me. Reached out via Airbnb and WhatsApp a few times after we checked out and got no response.

Check in manager completely missed the scheduled registration, but apologized and even brought us a bottle of wine which was nice of him. However, when we reached out over the course of our stay about the broken air conditioning and one of the toilets being broken, we received extremely delayed replies (if at all) and nothing was done for the duration of our stay. The air conditioning is extremely weak in the main area and only one bedroom had functioning AC. The floors were dirty, and the second floor does not seem stable + has very low ceilings. Overall not a good experience, especially factoring in the five flights of stairs to the apartment and the summer heat.

Amazing place in the heart of the city center of Florence, 2 minutes from Duomo and 8 min from Ufizzi/Ponte Vecchio. It has a small terrace with a great view on the church and houses near by. The apartment is very nice, spacious, nice interior decor, more than enough space for 6 people. If you come with a car keep in mind that there is no parking space, the neareast garage is about 5 min away (Giglio - very helpful and nice staff) - we had problems to find it as there are one way streets and red zones (only for locals). But you can drive through, if you take your car to the garage, it is allowed. The app is on the third floor (stairs), so pack your luggage in smaller suitaces, without heavy weight. We had an unforgettable stay in Florence! 🥰

We are a family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teens and 1 child) and this place was perfect for us. It is VERY centrally located (10 min walk from the train station) and had all the space and amenities we needed to feel comfortable -- and the decor was very trendy and lovely. There are 3 bedrooms/2 full baths downstairs and a pair of twin beds/1 full bathroom in the loft upstairs. Note that it is five full flights of stairs up to the apartment (no lift) and another set of stairs to the loft inside the apartment, in case anybody in your group cannot handle stairs. There was a lovely book in the apartment that described all we needed to know about the apartment as well as practical suggestions for meals, grocery stores (a few steps down the block), pharmacies, etc that was really useful. We ate at several restaurants on the block that were amazing and friendly and loved the breakfast recommendation - Caffe Scudieri. The communication was quick and easy to understand. We would definitely stay in this apartment again when back in Florence!

The apartment was very recently renovated and it shows. It is very pretty and the pictures are a true reflection of what you will be getting. The location is unbeatable, a few steps away from everything. Despite the proximity to the market, the apartment is very quiet. There is no elevator, but honestly, that is to be expected in apartment buildings in “centro” of Florence.

Place in the walking only area, so be prepared to carry luggage few blocks. Apartment is on third floor and there is no elevator. Kitchen missing pans and there is coffee maker without pads. On a plus side it’s right in the middle of old town, close to everything.
