We loved our stay in Florence. It was the perfect location to explore all Florence had to offer. Our host was very helpful and responsive. The airbnb itself was beautiful and had all necessary amenities. I would definitely stay again.

Great location, very responsive communication and the place is very nice too. It is a busy street and they were doing construction so there is some noise - something to consider if you’re a light sleeper.

Fantastic location and is walkable to all sights. 10 min walk from the station. On the second floor which was fine even with a child’s travel buggy. The apartment was clean and arranged a baby cot as requested. The central location was amazing!

The apartment was in a great location, right in the city centre. Every attraction was less than a 15 minute walk away. The apartment itself was a decent size for two people staying for a few nights. Having a washing machine right in the bathroom was an added bonus.

This apartment is walking distance from the train station and right in the heart of the city. I couldn’t have found a better location. There was a washer so I was able to wash clothes (just needed to buy soap). There’s AC, it’s quiet at night. Everything was great. There’s no elevator in the building but that is normal for old buildings like this so be prepared to carry luggage up 2 floors.

Amazing location - round the corner from the Cathedral, 10 minute walk from the train station. Great size apartment and very clean with fridge, washing machine and walk in shower. Francesca was a great host, communicated well and provided a useful information book with recommendations of restaurants and things to do. Would stay here again.

you can hardly live more centrally on a visit to Florence! We arrived in the middle of the night, thanks to the detailed instructions, we could still find the apartment well and open the doors with codes. There is a living/dining room and a bedroom with air conditioning, as well as a bathroom, all nicely furnished as in the photos. The apartment is on the second floor (without an elevator), but it is very quiet, despite the bustling street in front of the door. We did not cook, only with the Nespresso capsule machine from time to time. You can walk to the cathedral in 1-2 minutes, all other sights are within walking distance. We felt very comfortable here and would book again immediately! Thank you!!!

The apartment is situated in a very privileged location, closed to all the touristic places in Florence. I booked the apartment one day before going to the city and the host was very responsive with check-in and all questions. The apartment looked similar to the photos shown at the website, just the dinning table that is placed in a different location - by the wall, yet this was not a problem for us. The main point to observe is the access to the apartment. We were traveling with heavy bags in 2 people - one of them being a 60 year old lady. We were not expecting the 3 floors to access the apartment without a lift. Despite of this, the apartment met our expectations and we had a lovely stay!

Location was unbeatable. The place was esthetically pleasing. Cute decorations, modern furniture and art work, etc. The self check in/out process was easy. The place was a bit dirty. The drawers were dirty (stained paper lining) and there was dust on the furniture, bed posts, etc. The comforter had been stained (possibly blood). The bathroom had water spots. There were zero electrical outlets in the bathroom so we had to do our hair in the kitchen. Lastly, the water backed up the first day we checked in,. First in the shower, then the washer. We were there 4 nights and it wasn't fixed until the 3rd night. Overall the place was okay. We were in an excellent location, so I suppose that made the stay worth it and the price was reasonable for Florence.

One of the best locations possible. Easy self-check in with a very responsive host, and the property itself is very nice. A few finicky things with the shower and a few of the locks, but two AC units is a rarity in central Florence. One of the best properties I've stayed in in the area.

incredible location. 30 seconds walk from the main piazza. obviously, given the area, the building is old. No elevator. The apartment looks good, nothing fancy. The main strength is definitely the location

This airbnb is conveniently located but ahî finishes the good. Lack of basic things like where to put toilet paper and personal toiletries in the shower. The apartment had problems with some lights dating from how old the place is. The doors and windows do not close well and there is no safe for valuables, which with the doors and windows you have do not give confidence. The apartment is on the third floor only accessible by stairs and the host asks you to check in outside of airbnb on their page, where they DO not give you THE ADDRESSES until you finish that process outside this platform. To close, the shower was not very good either, the pressure closed alone. I won't go back to this place.

I had the most amazing stay here! It was set up so nicely walking in and had toiletries stocked. It was the perfect location a minute away from the duomo with restaurant and stores right downstairs. I had a complication with one of the appliance's (nothing major) and the host was extremely accommodating. Overall my stay was great and I would highly recommend it!

The apartment is exactly as pictured, very nice aesthetically and very clean. The location is very central, a stone's throw from Florence Cathedral, with great restaurants below the house. Despite the central location, the area is also very quiet at night and the room is very quiet. Host always available and responsive in a few minutes to anything. Great experience

We really liked staying here but the check in was weird and frustrating. I messaged through the app but the person only wanted to use Wh@ts@pp. When I said I didn’t have it, she stopped bothering to communicate so there was some confusion between her, us and the guy who let us in the apartment (who treated us as if we appeared from nowhere rather than having sent two detailed messages regarding our arrival time). The location was great and walkable from the station. Luggage storage is just a two min walk if you need it. Apartment is old (obviously) but comfortable. There is a gap in the door through which someone in the hall may be able to see in. Very bare minimum supplies, more than two coffee capsules would have been appreciated.

We loved this space, it was quiet in the evenings especially for being in a high traffic area close to many great restaurants and close to the duomo and train station. Clean, bright, homey and the perfect location. The host was quick to respond and allowed for an early check in and check out which was helpful.

This is a great location to walk and see the area. A taxi will not drop you at the door so be prepared to drag your bags a ways to get to the location. Great shopping and restaurants abound

Quick and easy check-in! Amazing location to the Duomo. We only stayed a night, enough to restour heads after too much win, and then left early morning. All the essentials for a longer stay though. I'd probably rent something a tad bigger if I were there for more than just a night. But great for a overnight stay!

Everything very cute! perfect location! very comfortable!! fast communication and if you want to spend some nice days in Florence this apartment is the option, half a step from the whole center! What I would recommend is that they leave some converters for foreigners connections, so we can charge our equipment. Thanks for everything

Apartment ideally located in the historic area of Florence 2 steps from monuments and restaurants. Accessible on foot from the train station in less than 10 minutes. Clean apartment, well decorated and quiet. Don't forget its adapter for electrical outlets.

Location was amazing and Daniele/Francesca were helpful. Didn't have an issue with check in since they let me leave the bags early. As for the apartment itself, I have mixed feelings about it. Cleaning probably needs to be done more thoroughly and the place probably needs to be fumigated due to mosquitos. Not sure if this was just the season for mosquitos but I was bit a lot. They were nice enough to send over some items to help with the mosquitos but they were still there nonetheless. Wifi was great. Majority of the things you need are there - washing machine, hair dryer, utensils, coffee machine, etc. Additional things to note, the place cannot be accessed by taxis so if you have a lot of bags, prepare youself. The apartment is also in a building with no elevator so keep this in mind as you will have to carry bags up. Overall still a good stay.

It's a great location-! It's right next door to the Daloste Duomo, which Koreans visit. (It's really right next to it) It's very close to various tourist attractions such as the Duomo Cathedral and the leather market. The farthest spot in the house was Michelangelo Hill, but I even walked here. It takes about 30 minutes on foot but the view along the river is very pretty. The house was bigger than the pictures and it's clean and cozy. Scott's friend came first at check-in and waited for me, and I was grateful that he moved my heavy luggage: -) Oh, it's also a walking distance from SMN train station. It took about 10 minutes to drag the carrier. Scott didn't see it, but he was always quick to get in touch with us if we had any questions. 다시 가고싶은 숙소에요 ! I'll definitely come back if I have a chance. Thank you Scott !
