Location was good. Restaurants near by. Not good if you do not like stairs, because there are a lot and felt a little shady getting to our apartment . Little run down but understanding it is an old building. Could use updating in the one we rented. Heavily scented and I have allergies but they removed it . Shower did not drain and toilet flushing made giggling noise. But were quick to respond to all issues .

The place was in the center of everything, yet quiet at night. There's an AC for each room and they all worked really well! The bedrooms were spacious with lots of natural light. The living room was spacious and really comfortable. The place in general was very nice, clean and very quiet to rest at night and have a good sleep. I would come back to this place again!

This is an incredible location — near the train station and a block from the Duomo — but it was smaller than the pictures showed and less updated. For some reason, the shower would only produce lukewarm water even after running for 10 minutes, and the owner didn’t follow up with us to apologize or even explain the issue.

Perfect location! And quiet, despite being in the middle of everything. The shower was small as described but good water pressure, everything worked great and beds were comfortable. Definitely would stay here again! Hosts were very responsive!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay, the location and convenience is one of the best I’ve seen. Close to a lot of great locations and a ton of good food choices. For the price it is a lot better than I would have initially expected.

Very well located and functional apartment for a stay in the heart of Florence. You are located on a busy street but you will be perfectly quiet. Be careful not to take too much luggage because you will be on the 3rd floor without elevator access. We'll be back with pleasure

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Florence. Close to everything! The apartment was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We loved the original charm of the exposed beam ceilings coupled with the modern upgrades. A perfect stay!

An excellent location with air conditioned rooms and quiet space! Just steps from the duomo and basilica San Lorenzo, the flat had everything we needed. Francesca was there to let us in. The provided booklet information was helpful. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Good location & communication was great before / during the trip. However, the shower needs to be fixed as it fell down multiple times on my husband. The washer is completely not useable as there is mold inside. Otherwise, it was a pretty fine flat.

Great central location just half a block from the Duomo. Easy check in and out and very helpful hosts who were always quick to respond. A great place to stay while in Florence!

WONDERFUL! This location was unbeatable with its proximity to the Duomo, shopping, restaurants and more! We loved being right in the middle of it all. The apartment itself is beautiful and clean. Lots of natural light and just the right amount to accommodate my family for the week. The hosts provided us with a pack n play for our infant, which was a big help! They also were prompt with getting us requested house supplies. We felt very at home and were sad to leave! We would definitely choose to stay here again if we are lucky enough to return to Florence!

Charming apartment in an amazing location with great value. There were a few maintenance issues that could be resolved (interior door knobs not latching, issues with the shower), but otherwise we had a fantastic stay.

Sea N’ Rent made our trip to Florence so enjoyable! Their communication with us was super speedy. The apartment was in a central location, very clean and loaded with amenities. You won’t find a better accommodation for the price in Florence!

This is in a great location. Right next to restaurants and all the tourist sites are within walking distance. It was a small apartment but comfortable. You do you have to go up almost 5 flights of stairs to get to the apartment so that was hard because I have a child and we had lots of luggage but otherwise it was really great and convenient location!

Excellent space that’s very centrally located . There were 2 rooms that were clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed to make our stay memorable. The host meet us personally and there was a detail note on everything from where to eat , visit , and emergency numbers . We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place is you are visiting Florence .

A wonderful, sparkling, quiet, bright, clean and central apartment. Smack-bang in the center of where you want be, our stay was a pleasure from the minute we were met by our host at the apartment. I recommend this stay for anyone looking in Florence!

Scott’s place was amazing. I stayed here with my parents and brother and it far exceeded our expectations. Not only was the apartment perfectly clean and stylish, but it was also in an amazing central location right next to the duomo. As somebody who studied abroad in Florence for 4 mo this and has stayed in countless Airbnb’s, I cannot recommend this place enough! Scott was a great host and his apartment has definitely exceeded my standards. 10/10, will definitely return.
