Very bright apartment with a spectacular and exclusive view of the rooftops of Florence and the dome of the Duomo; looking out it seems to fly over the city. This apartment is literally a stone's throw from Piazza Duomo, less than 8 minutes' walk from the station.

The space

Furnished with style, with a loft structure, with two large rooms of which the first houses the living room and the main bedroom in the loft, the second houses the kitchen and bedroom with two single beds in the loft, this is the perfect apartment for a family or a group that loves modern open spaces, but also appreciates details with a distinctive flavor.

The furniture has been completely renovated with a skilful mix of bohemian-style furniture and accessories.
It is a happy mix of traditional elements, such as the wooden ceiling, and an open and airy space, very modern. Two large windows illuminate the entire space. With the two additional seats of the sofa bed, it is also a perfect space for large families.

Other things to note

The apartment is on the third floor without a lift, 6 flights, 71 steps. The best way to get there is on foot from the main station (about 8 minutes), or by taxi.
It is located in a pedestrian street, not accessible to cars, so if you arrive by taxi, you will not be left exactly in front of the door. Contact us in advance and we will help you.

Definitely not recommended. First, there is no elevator and the apartment is on the 3rd floor. The sofa bed is a sofa, not a bed. The place was so dirty we had to call to clean it

Clean and spacious, great location, walking distance from all the main attractions. Perfect for a short stay just make sure to come in light because there is no elevator. Bring mosquito repellent along, the apartment is on the second floor and mosquitoes can get in if you open the windows.

Amazing location (steps away from the Duomo) and around all the local restaurants! Beware, there are 73 steps up to the apartment, so be prepared to do lots of climbing with your suitcases! Also, bathroom is on first floor and beds are on second floor. Besides the stairs, everything else was perfection. Super clean!
