Luxurious, characteristic and very spacious apartment in a perfect location, with exclusive views of Michelangelo's Laurentian library and the Duomo. The real wonder is the large rooftop terrace that offers a rare and exclusive 180-degree view of the monuments.
This terrace is a real dream, from which to exclusively enjoy the atmosphere of Florence.
The space
The apartment is all on one floor, with four bedrooms, of which two masters, one in the mezzanine, with the games room, a split in turn into a single room and a double room.

The decor is a skilful mix of restored antique furniture, and modern, pieces of Florentine craftsmanship and handmade decorations, so you can breathe a very authentic Italian noble home atmosphere, with wooden ceilings and terracotta floors.

The living area and kitchen are very spacious, and make the apartment an ideal place for family gatherings, meetings and cooking classes. The masonry kitchen is very large, with large countertops and many doors. Equipped with everything you need to cook professionally.

The two master bedrooms are huge, the third room is a suite with a bed on the mezzanine, private living room equipped with games for the little ones, and bathroom, so it can be used almost independently from the rest of the apartment.

There are four gas fires; two-plate sink; dishwasher; Nespresso coffee machine; Italian coffee maker (moka); kettle; toaster; microwave; electric oven; large refrigerator with freezer; essentials (salt, sugar, coffee, tea, oil, vinegar), glass and water glasses, plates, cutlery and cooking utensils; pots and pans.

First master bedroom, with double bed 160x200 cm, single bed, two-door closet, fireplace and two armchairs; Second master bedroom with double bed 160x200 cm, double closet, armchair; Third double bedroom with bed 160x200 cm in mezzanine, dresser, armchair, children's play space; Fourth and fifth bedroom: the first with single bed, wardrobe, dresser from which you access the double bedroom with 160x200 cm bed, two-door closet.

A bathroom with shower; The second master bathroom with shower and washing machine; All bathrooms have a heater, mirror lights, hair dryer.

Other things to note
There is a room dedicated to the little ones, with pouffing games and rugs.
There are fireplaces in the bedroom and in the kitchen.
Upon arrival you will find a bottle of Chianti as a gift.

The apartment is on the second floor without elevator, 4 ramps, 52 steps. The best way to get there is on foot from the main station (approx. 8 minutes), or by taxi.

It is located on a pedestrian street, not accessible to cars, so if you arrive by taxi, you will not be left exactly in front of the gate. Please let us know and we'll help.

The apartment is better than the pictures. Most every sight is within a 15 min walk. Most under a five min walk.

Our family of 7, 5 adult and 2 kids, enjoyed our stay! We had plenty of space for all of us and the location was perfect for us to see Florence, get to the train station, shop and eat at great restaurants without walking too far or needing to take trains/taxis to get around the city. My 78 yo FIL had no issues with the stairs or short walking distance which was great. The Wi-Fi did not work well in the bedrooms but was good in the living and dining rooms. The terrace was great and we enjoyed it every evening! Beds were comfy and A/C worked great (it was hot in Florence) & this was a must for our family. We would definitely stay here again & loved that a grocery store was very close by as well as walking distance to the great restaurants we had ( 4 Leoni, Osteria Pepo, L’Antica Pizzeria da Michele, and Badiani gelato). Dinner at Il Nutino on our street too which the family enjoyed and was basically on our doorstep! The keypad entry was perfect to allow us to get in&out! Perfect stay!
